Beautiful property, short walking distance to water taxi and Doge palace and restaurants. Bathroom was fantastic. Breakfast was good. We had 2 rooms on different floors, Some noise from kids running but we weren’t inside much.

Luca at the front desk arranged an amazing private tour with Wilma, responsive for taxi coordination, and was always accommodating and a great person. Breakfast was great selection and high quality. Good location to access interior Venice

Hotel was absolutely gorgeous!it way exceeded my expectations. On arrival we were kindly greeted and treated to a complimentary upgrade. Our room was absolutely gorgeous!Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was gorgeous and such a wide selection of options available. Overall it was the most amazing stay in Venice and we can’t wait to come back!

This was fine for us, but if you have difficulty with stairs, ask for a room that does not have stairs to gain entry. Several rooms do, but many have no extra steps.

This beautiful hotel is in a 500-year-old building that was originally the palace of a noble family. It is in a convenient location to walk to St Mark's Square, catch a gondola or waterbus, or dine in an uncrowded, romantic restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and was served in the most beautiful room. Best hotel experience ever!

Exceeded expectations. Lovely warm welcome, upgraded room, modern, new finishes, clean and spacious. No complaints. Lovely attentive staff and good breakfast service. Responsive via email arranging water taxi and with restaurant recommendations.

The price was a bit excessive overall.

Hotel is on a great location and room was very spacious and comfortable. the receptionists were also amazing providing all information needed, even before the check in. Good breakfast.

I didn't find anything that I didn't like in the hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Palazzo Keller Hotel. The location couldn’t be better – perfectly situated to explore Venice, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and charming. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options that made every morning a treat. One of my favourite features was the small but beautiful front garden – a hidden gem where you can relax and soak up the Venetian atmosphere.

The reception operated with impressive efficiency, making our check-in completely hassle-free. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. This was our favorite hotel in all of Italy! The staff is very friendly and kind. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice as well. A safe is included in the room. The room also included shades for the windows. There wasn’t much noise from the outside even though the hotel is in an excellent location. The breakfast in the morning was also great! They stored our bags for us on the day of checkout since we had extra time before our train left. We would absolutely love to stay here again and wish our stay was longer in Venice!

Older hotel, nicely located, walking distance from water taxi spots, restuarants, shops and tourist locations. Although the hotel was older, the rooms have all been redone in modern decor. Our room was amazing and spacious. We had robes with little chocolates waiting on our pillows and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast and lounge areas were very nice and good to hang out with family members. The staff were English speaking, very friendly and helpful with all our questions and restuarant recommendations. I was quietly surprised by this hotel and would definately stay there again.
