Impossible to park the car near the hotel

Poor wifi connection in my room. However, it is good at reception. I don't think the tv in my room worked. However, I wasn't really keen to watch it anyway.

The staff, particularly Marta, Arianna, and Cristina were lovely and very helpful. Their tips on the best restaurants and things to do were great. The building itself is beautiful, breakfast was good, the city was very interesting.

The shower did not work well because it had only hot water. We complained, but no fix was performed during our two night stay.

The hotel has a very central location for short walking distance to all major visitor attractions in Ascoli Piceno. The room was huge, and the hotel had a nice backyard and friendly personnel, especially at breakfast. The personnel took care of our car and returned it at departure day without any hesitation.

Because of extensive restoration works all over the centre, access by car was a little challenging despite the directions sent by the hotel and the parking facilities were strained, even out of season.

Very central hotel, perfect for visiting the wonderful city centre. Beautiful old building, I liked the inner courtyard with columns at all levels and the vaulted rooms for breakfast.

Although breakfast was, generally, excellent I did think the scrambled eggs were reheated and served again the next day.

I loved the experience of staying in a former palace. My room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the quality of the toiletries provided. The location was minutes from major attractions such as Piazza Del Popolo. There were bonuses such as croissants, biscotti and coffee on offer in a salon all day. There was a coffee machine in my room. Value for money was outstanding.

The room was spacious with an ensuite bathroom, wheelchair accessible. The accessibility may have explained the somewhat idiosyncratic layout of the bathroom. Despite the age of the structure and adequate furniture the room oddly lacked any atmosphere. For an historic building the rooms was strangely utilitarian. But it was clean and there was a window providing natural light and a street outlook. It just seemed to have lots of unmet potential - and I'm not talking about the need for excessive dollars to be spent - just a better 'eye'.

Location was good. Glad we had booked parking. There were road works going on and the public parking in the piazza outside the hotel was very limited. The hotel is a renovated old palazzo and the rooms are spread out around internal courtyard and staircases. Room was good size. Breakfast was fine. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location near the Piazza del Popolo, spacious room and bathroom, friendly and professional staff and a generous breakfast. Our dog also received a warm welcome!

A lovely palazzo. The building is the former home of a wealthy family. Staying there shows what such life was like and that's a special experience in itself. The room was large and decorated beautifully. The staff at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast choices were truly delicious. Grazie tante!

The hotel is in a very beautiful old building - we loved being there. The staff were exceptionally helpful in finding a dentist for my husband, who had severe toothache. We also enjoyed our breakfast there each morning. There was a wonderful range of food.
