The minifridge was to be used as mini-bar only, so you couldn't store anything. For a hot country like Italy it was a bummer.

Overall, great hotel. 10 min walk from train station and from ferry terminal. 5 min walk to he closest supermarket. Located in the middle of everything yet on the quiet street. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. AC worked properly. Bathroom was renovated and had everything you needed. Bed (mattress) was on a firmer side, but that is how we like it. Hotel had a low-key rooftop bar and also pool (although pool was way smaller than I thought from the pictures). Breakfast wasn't huge but had a very decent selection.

Breakfast was not good for gulten free. No separate toaster not much to pick from. Food was cold.. For someone who isn't gulten free the meals where fine.

Location was great, close to shops, restaurants and the harbor. The pool was great and Pepe was fantastic.

We were charged for two bottles of water that we didn’t have out of the room which I just paid for. But it’s annoying that you spend lots of money at the hotel and they’re trying to dispute 2 bottles of water out of the fridge, again we certainly didn’t have them.

The location is perfect, lovely staff Pepe our waiter in the roof was amazing and catered to all of our needs.

The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos but it’s still brilliant, just something to keep in mind for when it gets busier!

So brilliantly located as it’s just off the Piazza with lovely views of the mountains and sea. To get there (or anywhere in Sorrento) you do have to climb lots of steps, though there is a lift somewhere I was told! Love the rooftop bar area and pool, brilliant to tan and enjoy a spritz! The room had everything we needed and air conditioning which was so welcomed.

The location was perfect. It’s in the near vicinity to all of the nice shops and squares. The breakfast was great. The staff were really helpful. The roof top bar and pool was fantastic.

This hotel is perfectly located for those wanting downtown Sorrento, right at the central Plaza and only 5 minutes walking to everything else. There is a fantastic roof top terrace and a small snack bar serving THE best Limoncello Spritz drinks! Breakfast is ample with plenty selection for all tastes.

No iron in rooms, staff weren't always so responsive when you asked for one and when it did come it was broken.

Spotless, central, and surprisingly quiet — with the best limoncello spritz in town I’ve just returned from a long weekend at Guardati and was seriously impressed. The hotel is spotless—easily one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in—and the staff are genuinely warm and friendly. The location couldn’t be better: right in the center of Sorrento with everything on your doorstep, yet set on a side street that keeps things quiet at night. Special shout-out to the rooftop bar: the barman mixes a phenomenal limoncello spritz (I definitely had more than one). There are a few small maintenance issues that could use an upgrade, but they didn’t impact my comfort or sleep. And sometimes a little slow to top up the breakfast buffet. TV reception was poor. Promo photos overstate the size of the rooftop pool. No more than a plunge pool. All first world issues, no reason not to recommend this place.

Location, plush room. Rooftop bar was exceptional ...Great view and amazing service from Pepe. Walking distance from the stazione treno. Many good restaurants nearby. Truffle restaurant is a must.

upon check out one member of staff was less than friendly as we were charged for city tax (never previously mentioned) and bottle of water at the price we paid for the hotel I found this very distasteful.

we were happy with everything about it and would recommend it to anyway we talk to that is going to Sorrento. The location was fantastic, we loved being able to walk to the harbor, the train, and there were plenty of places to eat and shop close by.

we loved the breakfast, the bar and view at the top of the property. the very nice and wonderful bartender that told us a little about what we were seeing in the view.

No coffee making facilities in the room meant that you couldn’t get a coffee until you went to breakfast. We would have appreciated a coffee most mornings before breakfast.

Amazing staff, especially Pepe who was running the rooftop bar. Comfortable bed and spacious room with good storage. Good air conditioning and decent breakfast
