The location and the terrace are definitely the high points of this property. Having breakfast with that view, was great, although I wasn't able to stay outside due to wasps and birds. There are still a few tables inside where you can see the view and enjoy your breakfast.

The hotel is in a historic building, so the rooms are quite old. I think there's some room to make them more comfortable and modern for the price they charge. Also, the reception hours don't make much sense. They said you could leave your baggage after check-out, but then there would be no one in the reception between 12pm-3pm

The beds were very hard and the breakfast was just okay. Most reviews I read prior to my stay said the opposite. They do not allow you to bring any food or drink besides water into your room.

Location is fantastic and the view was awesome, both from room and outdoor terrace. Good sound isolation despite street being busy at night, well-spaced out rooms. Staff was very friendly.

Shower pressure was very low and breakfast didn't have much variety, with no hot food options at all.

Beautiful place in a great location. Exceptionally comfortable. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff.

The property was not only in a great location the building brought you back in time and was my favourite place to stay on our whole trip! It was so beautiful the rooms so clean so comfortable so well kept. The view from the top deck breath taking. The staff were so helpful and parking was a breeze! Highly recommend this beautiful place.

Our stay at Palazzo Graziani was great. We received lots of information upon check-in and staff were all very nice. Our favorite part of the stay here was the rooftop terrace which looks out at the city of Florence. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options/variation. The staff were aware of my allergies and were able to recommend safe foods for me. They allowed us to store our luggage after check-out which was very convenient. The building itself is a historical 17th century palazzo and the room reflected its Florentine charm.

The location was good.

Not worth the money. The breakfast was very average. Continental with bread, tinned fruit and yoghurt and some pastries and cold cuts. A automatic coffee machine with bad coffee. The staff wouldn’t put the air-conditioning on in the breakfast area so it was super hot, and they had cold cuts out in the hot room. No food or drink allowed in the rooms at all. If I had paid $200 less a night it would have been fine, but for the price, not worth it.

View was great and location the BEST you can imagine. Super close to 'everything'.

Directions to parking were HORRIBLE - - - we almost cancelled as it wasn't clear how to access the NZTL area and get to parking garage. So you know, you CAN enter the NZTL and then go to the City Parking (name of garage) just a few hundred feet from Palazzo Graziani and they register your car with the City so it doesn't get fined and then park it for you and bring it back when you notify them by phone about an hour before you need the car. This was never explained to us and we spent 2 hours & 10 minutes (not kidding) trying to get this handled. The reception finally text us the information as their phone was not answering and I found an old text from them. Other than this HORRIBLE situation, we'd stay again as the LOCATION is amazing.
