The room was a bit smaller than expected. The property has a.presence in multiple locations on the intersection (2 retauranrts 3-4 doors with Gatto Bianco listed), which made it a little confusing to find the proper entry (another guest was experiencing the same confusion) finally determined it by checking the listed address against a faded number beside the door. Then, once.inside room names instead of numbers lead to another moment of confusion. Ultimately, it is a minor but easily addressed issue

First of all an excellent location to stay in close distance to Old Bari, shopping streets and Train station. Very modern room and very comfortable. 4 stars hotel standard, room is cleaned every day. Italian breakfast is provided as well.

Information and/or sign telling you breakfast is served in the restaurant across the road would be helpful. Instructions for the coffee machine would be useful too. ...both coffee pods placed in to machine, but no coffee came out.... just hot water.

Beautiful modern room with a comfy bed and great bathroom.... including a TV to watch while you brush your teeth. Breakfast was good, everything you need and the coffee was very good too. Location was great.....with views along the city streets. It was great sitting on the balcony watching the world go by and enjoying the gentle cool breeze. Hope to return.

There isn't like a "front desk" so any questions you have are primarily done through WhatsApp or can be found in their app. I don't mind that, but then the app should work properly. For instance my room name in the app was wrong (which gave me the biggest scare of my life). Some tabs for information didn't work, for instance "luggage storage". Through personnel I found out it was a ten minute walk from the hotel, which I would've liked to know beforehand. It's at their main office, so pickup time is also limited (probably to like five or six pm)

Self check in concept is great, it saves time and gives more travel options which I like as a solo traveller. I have some point of improvement, which I added further on. Spacious rooms, which were cleaned well. Very comfy bed, never had such a goodnights sleep. Breakfast was fresh, diverse and served for a good amount of hours. Good and polite communication by personnel and through WhatsApp. The first day I usually like to sleep in, they checked in on me if I wanted my room cleaned and didn't just enter my room ignoring the don't disturb card (which I've had experience with in other hotels). One maid didn't speak English but still took the time to help me through Google translate.

beautiful apartment, great location and wonderful breakfast. good value for money and not far from the historic centre. online check in, had a struggle with some of the translation, but the staff were online to help. no reception, although you can leave your bags at another location, before and after your stay.

Check-in process is to engaged and a guest losts a lot of time. In case of electricity malfunction we lost a door-code. Fortunatelly we can open door using an aplication. We spent 3 days. Room was comfortable, we lacked armchairs only.

I would have liked that the staff could have helped whit getting us a taxi. Finally they did help. But i wish they could have just done it from the beginning.

Had to download an app for entry, which seemed like more steps than were necessary. Otherwise, there was nothing we didn’t like.

We didn’t want to be in old town (swamped with cruise boat tourists and tour groups on a Sunday) but did want to be walking distance to old town, new town, and the train station. So, perfect location for us. The room and breakfast was perfect for us - a traveling couple in our 60s.

We arrived late from the UK and the maitre’d of the restaurant helped find where to enter the entry code, so on our return went back for an excellent dinner. Room was clean, v smart and excellent beds, the morning breakfast was great, also close to railway station.
