Lovely room and apartment. Well equipped kitchen and shared area. Room was great, very clean and great air conditioning. Excellent location very close to the arena and central Verona. Great recommendations for food and gelato from the host. Good communication and easy to check in etc.

The decoration of the whole flat is wonderful! It helps you feel calm and relaxed. Olimpia is a wonderful host - she told us what to do, where to eat and where to go. It really helped us a lot. The flat is located in the Old Town very close to Arena what makes easy access to all attractions, but it is very quiet inside. Thank you Olimpia for a wonderful time in wonderful surroundings!!!!!

The trees were a little overgrown by my balcony….but as I was out a lot I didn’t use anyway

It was very central & well placed in the historic centre. V clean and comfortable I was out and about most of the time so didn’t really use facilities but there’s a nice lounge area and useful kitchen Although there was no-one to meet on arrival, the instructions for entry were very clear…thank you Olimpia

Beautiful building full of character, tucked away in a peaceful spot but still close to everything. The courtyard was a lovely place to relax, and the room was cool, spacious, and stylish. The air conditioning was brilliant—especially appreciated in the July heat. You could tell they’d thought of everything, even down to providing a cushion for the opera! Everything was clean, comfortable, and really well organised. Communication was smooth and helpful throughout.

Nothing Could mention where nearest supermarket is. We called for wine

Location fab so close to centre. bus stop right outside to go to train station, where we went to Lake Garda & Venice. Arrival and departure instructions great, very easy. Olimpia the host was great and communicated well. Everything we need was there including a coffee machine in the kitchen which we appreciated. Comfy bed and great shower.

Great location, beautiful house with vintage decoration with books and art everywhere. Big room and bathroom. It has everything you need to stay in Verona. Olímpia was very kind.

Just a bit noisy in the morning as our room was on the main road but not really an issue as was up early.

The location was perfect. The accommodation was very quirky beautiful features. There was plenty of tea and coffee and a good choice of teas.

Lovely property with great instructions given to check in and out, great kitchen, great bedroom, the balcony was a bonus too. Location was perfect for the centre with only a couple of minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The house was very clean and provided most things esp for the kitchen. It was also very private.

We both struggled just having one pillow each. I always have 2 especially if u want to sit up and read as well as no cushioning. So 2 pillows each would have been better. Also there was just a sheet but no duvet so we used the thin blanket as well and there was another in the wardrobe but would have preferred a thin duvet but that’s just preference. The bedding was immaculate though Also we weren’t sure if there were other people in the apartment who we were sharing a lounge with. So it was a bit unnerving for my partner not knowing who else was staying with us but that’s just something different for him rather than staying in a hotel and having total privacy

The room was lovely- very stylish and lots of space. The instructions from Olimpia were so clear and we had no problem getting into the apartment. Some lovely antiques and the wooden floor was gorgeous. Very stylish and in a fabulous position close to the Arena and lots of restaurants. We tried a few that Olimpia had recommended and they were great! Pizza place literally a minute away turning left out of the apartment was fabulous

Just back from a delightful stay at Palazzo Fracastoro, a lovely place. We had the ground floor self contained apartment (upstairs are en-suite bedrooms with communal lounge and kitchen). It’s a lovely apartment, clean and cool and well equipped. Great location on the edge of the old town, five minutes from the arena. Great host, easy communication. Highly recommend.
