Couldn’t fault it everything clean comfortable gorgeous facilites and the host gave me a free lunch . Just wow.

The only downside was that the bed had only sheets as covers, rather than a duvet or blanket. While this might suit some guests, I personally would have preferred the option of something cosier. Also, even though the room had double glazing, I did find it a little noisy at night.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The hotel had a calm and pleasant atmosphere throughout, and I appreciated the little touches, such as complimentary toiletries and well-stocked tea and coffee facilities. The location was ideal, close to local attractions and transport links. Overall, this was a really positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend it to others.

Very close to the train station, restaurants, and city center. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great! You get €7 per person for breakfast in a cafe nearby.

The soap dispenser at the bath was difficult to access as it was on the corner and for right hand ppl it is a bit inaccessible during bath. Shd have been at a different place, may be on the center of opp side of shower or on the side of the shower where access was easyway forward.

The facility was awesome especially the room, clean, hygiene, digital key system, courtesy, water bottles, hospitality. Provided water on welcome which haven't found anywhere on our stay at Italy. Water dispenser can present at the reception was a surprise. Having lift for such a place was also a surprise. The bath was also spacious enough. The shower was awesome. The design of the place was superb. Clarity in communication was absolute Appraisal about the place and tourist spot on check-in was fantastic. A bath and toilet at the ground floor was again a thoughtful addition.

It is quite noisy in the night from outside. It is normal, because it is the city, and probably is everywhere in the centrum, but we woke up a few times in the night - when they were closing the shops metal rollers outside and in the morning when they were picking up the garbage.

Very nice lady, it is always good to feel welcome. There was breakfast - vaucher for a cafe near by, super delicious. The place is very good, the location is super. It is clean. We are 3 adults, the room and beds were big.

We liked everything.

The host, Aya, was great. She is very personal and caring. We like the bed and towels. Also they provided excellent breakfast in a high quality cafe. The place is located near the train station and supermarket. There is a beautiful garden, decoration and a piano! The price was very good considering the location and the fact that breakfast was included. We definitely think this place is doing things right.

The room I stayed in is airy and clean looks like freshly renovated. No hassle. Plus point is the vouchers I got for breakfast meal in a good cafe. So nice!

The location is very near the Central train station and has a lot of restaurants and food stalls nearby. In the heart of Florence.

What a great apartment and extremely nice host! The location is amazing only 5 mins from the main train station and 10 minutes to the city centre, apartment was very spacious modern and clean!

Sound outside was amplified in rooms at the top, but that is more due to central location that lots of ppl are outside. Shower wasn't fully clean and had to ask for more cups and hoover/floor clean the next day. No iron

Lovely family that ran the hotel. Very central. Walking distance to everything. Vouchers for breakfast. Room was large enough and beds very comfortable including the sofa bed. Fridge inside room was added bonus. Water fountain downstairs also.

Walking distance (4 min) from Firenze Santa Maria Novella railway station. Along the way: intercity bus station, supermarket, luggage storage, restaurants and takeaways, etc. Walking distance from most (all?) landmarks and attractions. Accommodation was just right and enough, clean, with a great view of the backyard and the neighborhood's typical house design, and had seriously lifesaving air-conditioning... But the breakfast - oh, the breakfast! - well, you'll just have to see for yourselves:) We'd definitely come back here. Thank you, Jenny and Eduardo, for all your hospitality and kindness! Breakfast wasn’t really included, they offer 7e voucher to a nearby cafe, which was nice so you could choose what you want to have but with 7€ you couldn’t get much, maybe a coffee and a croissant
