We stayed in this place just for one night, but it was great choice. Rooms are clean, breakfast great, very near to city center to visit many famous places in Florence and also great communication, helpful and nice staff. And that view from room was georgious ;).

We had an excellent 3-day stay here. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. The hospitality was outstanding, everything was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely helpful, giving us great recommendations on what to see and do in the city. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

Very convenient and homely right next to the Duomo - Samuela and her team are just fantastic and this is a rare opportunity to live in a historic building with a 5 star feel. Must try for all those who want to get the best of the historic city centre of Florence.

Nothing really - if I had to choose something, it's that breakfast is in a building next door (but not really a negative).

This is a wonderful place to stay! The location is truly perfect, right in the middle of everything - easy to walk to historical sites, good restaurants, and good shopping. The staff (Alexandra and Hassan) were exceptional - they made our stay so pleasant and easy, and they were super helpful with car parking, information about the city, luggage storage, etc. Would highly recommend this!

Breakfast was good. View from the balcony of room #3 was exceptional! Staff were simply amazing. Very attentive and they even provided some surprise gifts for my wife's birthday, although we don't remember mentioning a birthday :). Great location. Quiet room and luxurious.

A very friendly staff welcomes you to beautiful rooms with welcome drinks and snacks. It is located close to the most popular attractions in Florence as well as the train station, all within a 15 minute walk. The balcony view of the nearby domes and towers is a bonus. The air conditioning was excellent.

There’s nothing not to like.

It was perfectly located in the center of town - a stone’s throw away from all of the main attractions. The room with a balcony view is well worth the cost. It’s like something from a postcard. The staff was amazing and treated me so well. Will definitely be back.
