We loved the location, in the heart of the antique city, one block from the Arena di Verona! Also the modern design of the rooms and the excellent bed! Alessia was sooo helpful and kind, she is a real treasure! We will definetely select it next year when return for the opera!

Staying at the Palazzo Ciopeta is more of an experience than a hotel stay. From the moment we were greeted at the door to the moment we left , it was spectacular. The location was perfect and so was Alessi. Thank you.

The apartment itself is nicely laid out, the accommodations are comfortable and clean, light and airy, the art and the lighting are cool :) and the balconies would be amazing in lovely weather (we hit all the summer rain!). The location is great, and Alessia at the front desk was fantastic! All in all, if we are back in Verona (which I hope we will be!) we will return for sure! The little caffe directly across the street, though simple, has the best cappuccinos! But really the whole city is steps from your front door! We stayed in a two part apartment as we traveled with two of our kids (ages 15 and 20); having two bathrooms and a lounging area was key! Thank you!

We had a great stay at Palazzo Ciopeta. Modern, very stylish, spacious, clean and with a unique eye for design and details. Extremely comfortable and super central. The manager Alessia is amazing - so friendly, smiling and warm. We’ll definitely be coming back to Palazzo Ciopetta.

This was a real find, quality furnishings, comfortable and a fantastic location, just around the corner from the Arena, but what made it extra special was Alessia who took such great care of us the who’ll trip, nothing was too much trouble, she was amazing, thank you Alessia we will be back!

The Palazzo is almost certainly the nicest hotel in Verona. The rooms are large with stunning design elements. Every aspect is impressive with a large bathroom, ideal lounge and comfortable bedroom. The soundproofing is impressive. The location is ideal. It is on a quiet street and 5 minutes walk from the Arena. The manager, Alessia is delightful, helpful and knowledgeable. It was our second stay at Palazzo Ciopeta and the experience was superb on both occasions.

Honestly- there is nothing that stands out

It was perfect for a family of 4. We all had space and were not having to trip all over each other. So new and well taken care of. Also very helpful staff.

As we arrived during the peak of a European heatwave, the air conditioning on the top floor struggled a little to keep up. It was also a bit noisy. The only small suggestion for improvement would be the curtains — if they could block out light better from the sides, it would be perfect.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and located in an excellent area. Alessia provided outstanding personal service — attentive, kind, and truly made our stay special. The unlimited supply of drinks was a thoughtful touch that really helped during the heatwave. Overall, this property felt more comfortable and welcoming than many 5-star hotels.

We absolutely loved the palazzo – from the beautiful decoration and thoughtful attention to detail, to the perfect location and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was designed to make us feel pampered and at home. We also really appreciated all the helpful recommendations – they made our time in Verona even more special. The place is absolutely stunning! The location is the best in town The room is amazing up to the little details Clean, fresh, free beer, water and juices in the refrigerator. We got an amazing suite with a balcony and huge bathroom Underground Parking is available nearby But the most important thing is the host Allesia!!! So charming, helpful, kind and welcoming! Allesia helped us through this entire stay and was so patient. Recommended by heart!!!!!!!
