A little noisy at times from neighbors in the early morning. Hard to control outside noise.

Great location along one of the main streets in the town. Also, the property was only a short walk to the bus and train station. Suite was spacious and clean. Perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The hosts were very genuine and wanted to ensure the stay was comfortable. When it was time to check out they arranged transportation to the airport which I greatly appreciated.

Nothing, everything was exceptional!

I loved my stay with Manon and Charlie. They were both so welcoming, and I loved how the guests all had breakfast together in the morning. As a solo traveler, it was great to meet other like-minded guests and say hi when I bumped into them around town. My room was amazing, truly better than I expected, from the amazing-smelling body wash to the furniture. Every detail was intentional. Thank you for coordinating my travel, too!

Not a thing!

Manon and Charlie were fantastic hosts! They provide a personal connection that made you feel so welcome and at home, a refreshing change on a vacation where social interaction with staff at hotels and restaurants is so transient. Interesting conversation with these sophisticated hosts at breakfast made for a memorable experience. The lovely breakfast was personally prepared and presented by the hosts. The newly renovated Palazzo and sunny room was huge and bright with three large windows, good A/C, modern bathroom, large shower, good lighting at nighttime and shutters that block the early morning sun to allow you to sleep in. Overall it was a wonderful experience that elevated our stay in Lecce to one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia.

Charlie and Manon are fantastic hosts. The apartment was perfect in every way. Very comfortable and clean. We very much appreciated the recommendations and suggestions for dinners and where to go out for the day. Breakfast was perfect start to the day. Would definitely stay again.

The most exquisite building and room, overlooking the quaint streets and town squares. The location is perfect, the hosts wonderfully generous with their time and recommendations. Breakfast so considered with local cheeses, bread, condiments, perfect coffee. The experience well surpassed my expectations, I want to live here!! Highly recommend

Some small improvements like conditioner and other toiletries (iron + ironing board) would be useful, otherwise there isn’t much that could be improved.

Breakfast spent with the hosts was an absolute highlight - I was glad they are a traditional “bnb”. The air conditioning was excellent. The rooftop is absolutely stunning and makes for a lovely evening or night watching the sunset and people below. The room itself was wonderfully appointed, and the bed was very comfortable.

Truly, there was nothing we didn't like

The location was perfect for seeing Lecce. The breakfast was fantastic and of superb quality. Finally, the hosts Manon & Charlie were exceptional and made our stay memorable. Needless to say that if we return to Lecce we will stay at Palazzo Charlie again, such a wonderful experience

This is a beautiful Palazzo, modernised to a very high standard and the excellent taste of the owners shines through. The owners were very helpful providing information before we arrived about restaurants. Our suite was comfortable, spacious and spotless. First class accommodation.

Nothing. There are some interior steps but the rooms are easily accessible.

Palazzo Charlie was very easy to find, right in the heart of the old town with a good range of restaurants on its doorstep and the cathedral just a short walk away. Despite its central location, it was a quiet, oasis of calm from the moment you stepped through the doors into the cool foyer. Our suite was huge with a wonderful, stylish lounge - great for relaxing in after a day of sightseeing - a balcony, a small but very well-appointed bathroom and a comfortable bedroom. We also had access to a large rooftop terrace with seating and a communal kitchen/dining area. Sadly, we only ate breakfast there on one day because of an early start on our second but it was definitely the best of the holiday! A gastronomic delight with three courses that included scrambled egg, meat and local cheeses and jams, all delicious. Manon and her son were perfect hosts and helped with restaurant recommendations and an early morning cab booking. All in all, a great stay and not long enough!

Beautifully decorated, large room, overlooking the main street with a small French balcony to watch the world go by. Entire property was completely renovated so everything looks clean and updated. Location was amazing and Manon is an exceptional hostess. Breakfasts were a real treat.

Perfect location in the center of the old city. Very comfortable room with quality decor and facilities. Manon and Charlie are the best hosts. They helping us in every possible way befit and during our stay such as car park and restaurants booking….we really enjoyed 4 courses breakfast and stories of Lecce Manon told us.

It’s perfect!

Pictures do not do this property justice! The room and property were stunning with top of the line fixtures, which isn’t necessary but noticeably well done. Thoughtful style and design from the front entrance to every corner of the room. Elevator was available as well! Manon and Charlie made it a point to connect with each of their guests, making it feel like home. It was within 5-10 mins walk from all the sights and culture. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Lecce.

this is very difficult to tell as the experience was great, from booking to first information to checking. Very spacious rooms, great breakfast and wonderful breakfast. Dinner recommendations and reservations worked out very well.

We loved everything about this property

Charlie and Manon have created an oasis in their beautifully appointed home located in the heart of the historic district of Lecce.The hosts are welcoming and engaging, suggesting restaurants and sites to see, providing a delicious breakfast (even on the day of an early checkout). The rooms are large, clean and are tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable.The landscaped roof top terrace provides a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the energetic town and a viewpoint for the gorgeous sunsets.

This is an incredible, renovated property in the heart of Lecce. There is nothing not to love. Charlie and Manon are incredible hosts. The rooms are large and comfortable and the home cooked breakfast is amazing. Don’t hesitate to stay here. It’s a wonderful experience.
