Marelena and the team on reception were very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. Camille and all the restaurant and bar staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Stunning spa and wellness oasis in the centre of Florence. A menu bursting with local organic artisan culinary delights. The spa is a gem in such a city centre location. The garden is a beautiful space to dine in, relax by the indoor/outdoor pool. As a boutique hotel it’s a sanctuary pic relaxation and calm. We will 💯% be returning to Palazzo Castro 1874

Everything was great.

Beautiful hotel and gardens in a good location, a short walk away from the historic attractions. The room was spacious, fantastic air conditioning and a fantastic view of the Cathedral. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the added bonus of the small spa pool was very welcome in the heatwave. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing. The hotel was very modern and relaxing. The staff are very good and they help to ensure you have a great stay. The room was very nice, modern and clean with nice amenities. The spa was great, a nice way to break up the day to go and relax and enjoy the facilities. Booking a time slot was very easy. The location was fantastic, only a 10/15 minute walk to the centre and the Duomo.

Have more waiters working at breakfast rush as the workers looked to be rushed off their feet. Although never without a smile!

A beautiful hotel with brilliant staff in an excellent location. The reception team are warm and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The team in the restaurant were also exceptional and so helpful in bringing drinks outside in plastic glasses so we could sit in the beautiful garden or use the pool. The rooms were spotlessly clean so the cleaners deserve high praise. The little spa and swimming pool were a great treat after a day's sightseeing. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed in Tuscany this was head and shoulders above the rest. Finally the beds and the pillows in the hotel were the comfiest I have ever experienced. Overall a 5 star experience.

The service at breakfast was slightly slow but not by much.

This is a fantastic property. It’s a tranquil haven in the middle of a busy city. The spa is a great place to unwind after a day in the city. The location is excellent, most major things walkable in 20 mins max. The views from our room were stunning over the Florence skyline.

Beautiful property with a relaxing garden and spa which was perfect for a long weekend get away. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Duomo. Excellently located - anywhere we wanted to go (sights and restaurants) was only a short walk. Highly recommended

More shaded seating around pool for sun loungers please. The light in our bathroom could only be turned off by taking out the card.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good location close to the Mercato Centrale and Duomo and just 10 minute walk from Train Station. The garden is an Oasis in the city and Spa such fun. Breakfast choice was great.

This was a lovely modern hotel with an amazing small spa area. There is a great hydro therapy pool and sauna. We had a room with a balcony which was so good for relaxing after visiting the spectacular sights of Florence. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Situated 10 minutes outside the centre of Florence but worth the short walk.
