Beautiful location. Very comfortable room. Good quality comfortable furnishings. Host was very nice but sadly we missed out on a change to a room with a balcony due to difficulty with communication. However when we were in the property and had a minor issue it was resolved immediately.

The hosts were fantastic with communication and information. The apartment is beautiful, from the lovely entrance to the modern facilities. The location is perfect for walking the city streets, an abundance of restaurants to choose from and public transport if you want to go further out. Car parking was easy with free spots close by. Markets were held in the square on Saturday which was an added bonus for our stay.

The only point I can think of - the place for breakfast in not the one right below the apartment, but rather some 50 m to the left - perhaps it should be explained clearer in the instructions.

Probably, the best location in Padua you can think of - right on the Prato della Valle, with the small balcony overlooking the entire place. The communication with the hostess was very easy, the entry and check-in was smooth, the apartment itself is very clean and modern (although located in an old building)

Really nice apartment hotel, no reception but staff available on phone and WhatsApp Well equipped and very comfortable Definitely look at the WhatsApp messages and videos you’re sent from hotel as explain how to find the front door (!) and get in! Bear in mind no restaurant so given voucher for a cafe very near for coffee & croissant Were able to leave our bags during the day before we left for Venice, tram / tram replacement best way to get to the square to then get to hotel

There is nothing that was missing.

Everything from the check in to departure was very professional and the whole experience was excellent. What you are getting for the price cannot be beaten. The location is phenomenal. What I have to point out specifically is the attention to detail in terms of interior design and architecture. Every piece of furniture and all the colors chosen are well thought out with a lot of love. If I ever visit Padua again, this is my place of choice for the stay. Thanks a lot!

The only thing I would recommend would be a safe box for inside the room and a long length mirror.

The location of the property is fantastic with views of Prato Della Valle, public transport on your door step, patisserie, cafes, restaurant’s and shops all within walking distance too. Sight seeing was very easy from this location, Basilica of st Anthony was a 10 minute walk and visible from the apartment, botanical garden, Ragione Palace and the university. Get your guide also offers a hop on hop off bus tour which starts at the basilica. The apartment it’s self was also very lovely with modern meets rustic Italian vibes with a traditional Italian balcony which over looks the Prato della valle. Smart tv inside the room so you can sign into your Netflix and other apps if you wish to make it more homely, bathroom and shower very good and the beds were nice and comfortable. Nice little touch the host offered was a free coffee and crossiant at one of the local cafes outside the apartment for each guest.

Great place to stay in Padua, within walking distance to all of the main sites, shops and restaurants and with the tram right outside which goes to the train station. There were very clear instructions provided for checking in and we decided to use the transfer service to get there and back to the airport and also for a business meeting which I had to attend. Highly recommended as a place to stay to experience Padua or a slightly more relaxed alternative to staying in Venice which can be easily reached.
