It is a big apartment which was divided into several rooms with bathroom. The problem is that isolation is not good so the noise from the door could be very clearly heard, especially if there are many other guests in the apartment

The apartment smells very moldy and the bathroom is very old and needs renewal. The host takes a very long time to respond to any questions asked. Check in is very long and requires too many steps.

Once your booking appears to be complete, you will be asked to pay a city tax of €3 per person. Also, after your booking, you will be sent a form that you need to fill out (usually this data is not needed to book any hotel). You will also be asked to send a screenshot of your city tax payment to the specified email address. I couldn't do this and so the owner accommodated me and allowed me to just leave 6€ in cash on the table. Too many unnecessary steps to just spend one night. I have never seen anything like this in any other hotel in the world.

Large comfortable bed with clean snow-white bed linen. The room was also clean.

The place was not really clean (we found a nail in a bed…) and the beds could be more comfortable. Also the checking in is a little complicated if you booked last minute

The apartment in located in an old historic building, next to a church, so there was a little discomfort when the bells rang :) The furniture and the small fridge were not new and also not so well maintained, the apartment might have been cleaner.

The beds were very comfortable, the check-in process was easy, as well as the one for check-out, the location was good, close to public transport, shops and restaurants. And of course, close to the Aquarium and the Old Port (around 10 min walk).

The shower cubicle sealing was a little mildew-y and bathroom could do with a new toilet seat, but apart from that, the bathroom and the rest of the room was great!

Easy access and great guidance from the team regarding entering the property. room was super spacious and gorgeous bright windows with shutters.

While it was OK, the standard wasn't as high as other accommodation in this price range. Some lights didn't work, the handle fell off the bathroom door etc. All the beds were pull out sofa beds, even the main double bed.

everything was loud: - it is located next to the bell of a church that rings extremely loud starting with 8am not only at 00 hours, but also in between - you can hear everything in the hallway, the door is basically inexistent - same with the bathroom, very thin walls - the bed wasn’t unconfortable but every inch you moved it was creaking loudly and I woke up each time my friend changed positions during the night

- The location was ok, I would say the area was a bit sketchy at night but overall it was close to the city center and main atractions - it was clean

Weird furnishings in the common space. Cold and industrial illumination. No soap dispenser, limited toiletries. Bed blankets too warm (an additional bed sheet below the blanket would have been better). The view.

Toilet seat broken, no shower door, flush handle in the toilet broken, leak from shower in second bedroom, we stayed for only one day and the landlady wanted to make repairs while we were there, no kitchen facilities to prepare a coffee and not table where to eat, not that we wanted to cook but at least have a place to sit down ann eat.

The place is not really a hotel or hostel, but a converted big apartment with rooms. This is not a problem, but not what we expected to find when we booked this place.

Room is spacious and beds are very comfortable! Bathroom was clean and facilities were fine.

First, they “forgot” to send me information regarding check in after my 3 messages and email. Second, everything was only for 1 person even if the booking was for adult and child. I called the property to bring me towels and pillow for another person and they 2 days were “solving” the problem and haven’t contacted me after and ignored my calls. The most awful experience I had. The doors were unsafe and lock was broken. The shower was broken. The reality of the room was different from the pictures. We couldn’t turn off the heating that was working with 18-20 outside and it was super hot inside the room. And I couldn’t leave the window open for security reason as it was easily reachable from outside.
