Getting luggage up 3 flights of stairs was an effort. It’s wasn’t a problem but good to know that you can’t get taxi or driver to pick up directly from apartment due to car restrictions in the area so have to walk 5 min with luggage to pick up spot .

Location was perfect , and apartment nice a spacious and very clean .

Good for us but be prepared for stairs, also there is no washing machine if you are staying a bit longer.

Exceptional. Location, location, location with balcony x2 right on the lake, 1 minute from the ferries. Such a beautiful spot for lake and people watching. Restaurants all around with great recommendations from Daniela. The apartment was lovely. You never want to leave!

Getting into the two doors was a bit difficult and no elevator but nothing out of the ordinary for Italy. It’s part of the adventure.

Nothing bad about the property. The only issue was the remote control for the television did not work so we were unable to change channels. This would not have mattered however Bellagio is extremely quiet in Winter and we had to come home early.

Amazing location, view as seen on photos. Very clean and spacious. Peaceful and homely. Daniella the host was brilliant and gave us all the information we needed for check in. Also provided local guides for our stay which was great.

The logistics of getting around can be challenging.

The location of the property couldn’t have been better. The property was even better than the pictures had shown. Responsiveness of owner was tremendous.

The building is very old so there is no lift. Travel light so you don't have the problem of carrying luggage up to the 3rd floor, like we did.

Apartment location cannot be beaten, right on Lake front with a one minute walk from the ferry. Photos on site are accurate. Spacious, clean apartment with everything we needed. Our host Daniela was extremely helpful and accommodating. We were sad to leave.

Everything was excellent : nice and responsive host, modern interior, great location, and, most of all, beautiful view of Lake Como from the balcony. There are many good restaurants near by, too. I strongly recommend Suite Verde.

Perfect in every way.

The view of Lake Como is beyond explanation. There are two small balaconies with a panoramic view. Perfect for morning coffee. The unit is on the perfect level for viewing the lake which is less then 50 feet from the entrance. Great communicaton and wonferful experience!

The views from the balconies are the best in Bellagio, absolutely breathtaking. Comfy beds and great modern facilities in the room. The host was very helpful via message and if you are looking for somewhere to stay this is hands down the best place in Lake Como.

The apartment itself was amazing, a great size with high ceilings and excellent facilities. The location is great, we got off the ferry from Varenna 50 yards from the door. The pictures do not do the view justice, it is incredible. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the sunset over the mountains and Villa Balbianello was unbelievable. Daniela was great at communicating and happy to offer suggestions for things to do in the area and assistance with transportation. We were fortunate to meet in person too and she was very welcoming and just as nice in person. I wouldn't look anywhere else were we to visit Bellagio again.
