I loved everything about this hotel; it was truly perfect from start to finish. The architecture is stunning, with beautiful details everywhere you look, creating an atmosphere that feels both elegant and authentic to Venice. Breakfast was a delight, with fresh, high-quality options served in a calm and inviting setting. The location, you walk down the street, suddenly the glass doors open and the palace appears. The welcome is great, the room is beautiful, the bathroom is amazing. The place has an incredible genius loci. And the breakfast, my God, the perfect breakfast. I was simply blown away. I am determined to return to this hotel. I can still think of the balcony with a view of the mysterious places of Venice.

Beautiful hotel and spacious, luxurious room. Wonderful host who was polite and helpful, addressing our every request right away. Glad we booked it last minute after reading the reviews. The reviews were accurate. We had no complaints and had a comfortable experience. There was also a waterbus stop close by which was convenient. Also loved the personalised welcome note which I carried home. Will definitely stay here when I visit Venice again.

The room was a bit too cramped, needs to be a bit bigger so people with large suitcase can easily have space to open or leave them on the ground.

Excellent Service. On this European trip we have stayed at eight different hotels besides this one. All of them very good, however My Venice is in a different class when it comes to customer service and the quality of the rooms.

Staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Location was also excellent, heart of venice but just far enough from the overly busy tourist streets, main sights still all within walking distance. It was our honeymoon and the staff made our trip extra special with some nice touches. Getting a room with a terrace is worth it. Plenty nice restaurants, bars and cafes nearby.

I absolutely loved this hotel and hope I will get to stay there again. I had a beautiful view from my room onto the canal. The hotel was stunning and in a peaceful location near the Accademia. The breakfast was delicious.

The lift only went up to the first floor.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and fitted out with the best finishes throughout the rooms. The bathroom was gorgeous. All exquisitely done! It’s in a great location near a water bus stop on the main number 1 route which is very helpful. We travelled in by water bus from Marco Polo which was so delightful for a first time visitor. We loved the immediate district and found some great restaurants nearby. The staff were always helpful and kind. Breakfast was a la carte, good and always speedy.

We loved it so much and as such we will be back in 2 days for the rest of our trip Venice.

Everything: the rooms, the decor, the location, lovely breakfast a la carte, but mostly the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to assist us in every manner with all our needs. They even offered to keep the restaurant open for dinner on Easter Sunday just for the 4 of us, which is a level of customer care that is so rare. However, we decided to let the staff rest and book instead one of recommended restaurants which they also kindly called and booked for us. By the way, the restaurant was so excellent (AquaPazza). Much appreciated was also the Murano glass factory tour by water taxi offered by the hotel, which was a highlight of our trip and even the kids enjoyed it.

Plazetto MyVenice exceeded our expectations. This boutique hotel is awesome, very good location, not far from the main attractions (15-20 minutes walk) and far from the noise, very quiet. The vaporetto is 2 minutes away and close by, shops and restaurants. We spent 4 nights at the hotel, and we loved every moment of our stay. Everything was perfect. The room was very confortable and very spacious, new, super clean (not only the room, but the whole place also) with all the facilities needed in the room. The breakfast was exceptional, served in a very beautiful room and very fresh and tasty food. A real feast and the service was impeccable. But above all, all the staff (Reception desk, restaurant, personnel,) were so nice, friendly and very helpful to any of our requests. I take this opportunity to thank all of them for making our stay so enjoyable. You feel so very welcomed. If we were to return to Venice, this hotel will be our first choice.

Where to start…. This place is stunning, really well located, within 2 mins walk of the boat, and so so clean!!! The food is EXCEPTIONAL, we had the best food of our stay at the hotel (much better than other restaurants we tried during our stay, incl. some Michelin recommended place). I definitely recommend getting breakfast & dinner at the hotel. The staff goes above and beyond, it is so nice to stay in a place where people have so much passion and care for their job. Kudos to them! A real gem! The service & the quality of a 5 star hotel.

Just the light switches in the room are very confusing.. but very small detail! Also the bathroom is in the bedroom which is fine for a solo traveler or very intimate couple.

Perfect! Excellent location, very comfortable rooms with a very Venetian design and atmosphere. Very intimate small hotel but perfect for a few days in town. Breakfast is delicious, staff are very professional and courteous. The place is clean and well maintained, really nothing to say! The price is also fair.

A magical Venetian adventure! We spent three unforgettable nights in this wonderful hotel, located one kilometer from St. Mark's Square. And you know what? This turned out to be a real advantage! The hotel's location is a true gem. Close enough to the main attractions (just a 15-20 minute leisurely walk to the heart of Venice), yet away from the tourist hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, immersing ourselves in the atmosphere of authentic, unhurried Venice. The hotel staff was simply magnificent! Every request of ours was fulfilled quickly and with genuine care. They helped us feel like special guests. And the breakfasts... They were absolutely stunning! Every morning, a real feast for the taste buds awaited us. The freshest croissants and aromatic coffee - everything was prepared with love and served impeccably. Our room was cozy and elegant, with a view of a quiet Venetian canal. Falling asleep to the gentle lapping of water and waking up in a peaceful environment - priceless! This is the perfect place for those who want to immerse themselves in the true atmosphere of Venice, while still being able to easily reach the main attractions. We fell in love with this hotel and will definitely return again!

The allure of Venice, becomes complete with a stay at MyVenice. Everyone who passes through the door has the privilege to meet, and befriend the supreme staff. Each team member uniquely brings a personality, and harmony to the hotel. The talented young chef surprised us with his creative dishes to the point that we dined there twice for dinner. Vasili cooks from the heart....and the waitstaff, and manager were a true delight which made our evenings more of an experience than any other restaurant in Venice. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, and the room settings are visually stunning. There is a modern Venetian grace, and elegance that exudes from every space. A place to linger, and absorb the impeccable ambiance. We would return to MyVenice in a heartbeat.... Jan Infante
