Perfect location, centre of the promenade. Staff were impeccable, highly professional, polite and knowledgeable. Breakfast was of a good standard, with a selection of meats and fruits available everyday. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in this area.

Amazing hotel, you can not dislike anything about this place, the staff are so friendly and attentive, helping everyone to have a memorable stay. Rooms are really spacious and comfortable and the pillows just heavenly good. This hotel is unique and I will definitely book again for my next trip.

We had to walk through a back entrance court yard, where you could hear back of house, such as staff talking, large skips of bottles being thrown away (very loud) and we were woken up on our first morning by workers outside the window banging at 8:30am. This is a small constructive comment, as we found the stay to be an overall brilliant experience.

It was clean, spacious and the reception staff provided an exceptional greeting service. The staff were amazing. The TV lounge area was comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. Our kids loved having their own room. The beds were amazing and there was even a pillow menu!We slept incredibly well ! The breakfast was exceptional and service was outstanding. Staff at breakfast were highly professional and well trained. The TV could hook up a Netflix account and little touches like good coffee was available in the Kitchenette.

The room was very hot, air conditioning seemed non existent. And we would have liked to have nicer bed coverings.

We loved the hotel location-easy walk from the train station and right on the beach which we loved. The hotel is beautiful and the room was lovely. The wonderful breakfast buffet was a real treat.

The location is perfect and the facilities excellent. The staff are extremely helpful. When we checked in we were given advice about places to visit. We went somewhere we loved that we hadn’t been to before and this was probably our 8th stay at the hotel. Our room was lovely and comfortable and very clean. The newly refurbished bathroom was fabulous. As always breakfast was fantastic. This was the first time we went to the restaurant on the roof terrace and we had an excellent meal

Hallways were a bit dingy. No view from bedroom window. Shower tray was cracked. Might be time to renew the shower cubicle.

We stayed in Palace Hotel's apartment, which was perfect for a family of four with one toddler, as it gave us the benefits of the hotel, but also the space and privacy of an apartment. The staff at the hotel were all super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location could not be better. We would definitely return.

The art deco style was amazing, the reception and breakfast area in particular, it felt very decadent. The roof top terrace was a perfect place to have a sundowner. Location right in the centre of the best part of the promenade.

Didn’t like the fact you had to pay extra to use the beach next to the hotel or had to pay for a beach towel. The air conditioning unit was old and ineffective so we needed to use a fan.

Breakfast was great, location was amazing, room was very comfortable and spacious with nice bed and bathroom. Staff were lovely.
