There are no cooking utensils in the kitchen (there are some pots and pans with Teflon but literally no spoons, forks and knives and nothing you could use for cooking). I didn't care about this but this could be a major inconvenience for someone planning to cook.

Beautiful large apartment with an amazing view overlooking the city. Everything was clean and tidy. There is AC in the living room/kitchen and in the bed room. Bed was comfortable. My host communicated with me trough whats app and was flexible about meeting. She also sent me some good advice where to eat and drink in the city center.

The location is great - right in the center, well connected to public transport but also away from the noise. The building is safe, the host was friendly and extremly friendly with the recommentations. The space was great, comfortable bed and great view on the terrase.

The entrance to the building smells very strongly of damp but don't let this put you off too much as you can't smell this once in your apartment

Water pressure in showers was weak. Pillows were ‘passed their use by date’, had to buy a replacement for one bedroom as couldn’t sleep on ones provided. Two irons provided didn’t work so bought a replacement one which was left at the apartment.

The double bed is rather Uncomfortable, the springs go into the back and the shower has almost no pressure, little hot water and the drain works very poorly which causes water to accumulate in the bottom of the shower. Rather unpleasant.

The appartment is well situated, have a beautiful view and is spacious. The kitchen is well équiped.

Whilst a very small (not properly functioning iron) and tabletop ironing board were provided a full size ironing board and iron would better serve an apartment of this quality. On our first night we messaged our contact that the iron wasn’t functioning. However it was not replaced. When travelling from overseas for extended periods apartment stays that provide a few days supply of tea and coffee and a Nespresso machine are also much appreciated along with washing and ironing facilities. This is the reason to choose an apartment stay over a hotel.

A beautifully light, airy and spacious apartment with delightful views in a fabulous location. Extras included a washing machine and dishwasher which were greatly appreciated.

Very nice house, spacious, clean and modern. You have everything you need inside, 15 Min walk to the train station and a paid parking is right in front of the building. 2 Minutes walk and you are in the old city center where all restaurants and bars are. Right near the corner is a pastry shop with good coffee.

Loved it all, just the bed could be a bit more comfortable or having two separate beds instead of a double bed would be preferable for individuals traveling not in a pair.

The mixture for the boiler may need to be serviced. Shower water gets cold and then warms up again, if one flushes the toilet or switches on another tap at the same time. It wasn't an issue once we realised this and avoided using water elsewhere when one is taking a shower.

The apartment is presented very clean. The view from the apartment is stunning. The location of the building is very central but also not too noisy. Sabrina was waiting for us when we arrived. She gave us lots of very helpful recommendations. Fast wifi for online conferences. A separate set of keys were provided, for us to store the luggage on the day of checking out, which is very considerate.

We would wish better pilars, and a cooperation with an garage and a offer in front of the stay. Sadly the TV was gone, we would recommend a smart TV.

The beds were so squeaky, whenever you moved it made these awful sounds, so we really could not sleep well there. Also, the AC was not working properly, it was extremely hot inside, I understand that due to climate change, we need to be cautious with the AC, that's why at least a fan would be appreciated.

Charged extra for check-in from 8pm. Had to pay an €150 security deposit which still hasn’t been returned after over a week. Hot water took a long time to come through in the shower. No welcome tea or coffee facilities which we received in the other 3 places we stayed in Italy.
