The down side of being close to the station is the area is a bit dicey, with dubious types just hanging around, so we didnt stay out too late. It would have been handy to have a kettle. We booked and paid 5 months in advance and relatively it was by far our most expensive 2 nights stay and the most ordinary room for all our 8 weeks, not the worst just ordinary.

Room was small but clean and neat, thankfully aircon worked really well. No real outstanding features but comfortable with a good shower. Location was very close to train station

AC didn’t work on the first night but was resolved the next day and even fan provided in case of further issues. The plugs by the bed turn off when the lights go off so can’t use them overnight. The lift also broke one evening but this was removed the next day and nothing to do with the owners

Cheap and close to bus stops, 15-20 min walk from colosseum, to downtown u need to catch a bus everywhere else really cause it’s about 30-40 mins walk otherwise

The neighbouhood is a bit frightful. As it is near to the railway station is quite obvious but therefore should be a bit cheaper. The outside part of an air conditioning or some other machine next to the window was extremely loud during the night.

Checking in was easy, everything was clean and comfortable. The accomodation looks exactly the same as on the pictures. No one bothers you during the stay. Easy to reach both airports and the underground and the bus station.

Water pressure of shower was poor. No instructions provided prior to arrival to property. Stood outside for about 40mins before property owner replied back to whatsapp message. No place to hang clothes. Bed mattresses are weak and slumps down in the middle.

The owner of the place was great—very helpful, with almost immediate responses to my questions via WhatsApp. I'm very happy with both the place and the staff.

The area felt unsafe, particularly the big groups of people who would be outside the front door drinking alcohol. I would not recommend to female solo travellers.

We were really disappointed with our stay. The location felt quite unsafe, especially for two girls walking around alone at night — definitely not what we expected when we booked. The room looked much older and less clean than in the photos. The air conditioning only worked when the lights were on, which made it hard to sleep in the heat. It was also very noisy — we could hear other guests coming and going throughout the night. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

So dirty! So small

Nothing, the room and all facility smell really bad, small room and bathroom. We booked 2 night but left the room first day and moved to another hotel losing money and time.

Door locked is unique it’s very hard to open which is good in a way.

A lot of MOLDS ON THE WALLS and in the bathroom. Everything looked old and damaged, not like on the photos. Window in the room to the staircase… not too much fresh air because of this.

Clean bed and towels. Air condictioner works correctly. Hairdryer and cosmetics in bahtroom available. The host was friendly. Very close to termini station.
