I can’t think of anything that we did not like

From the get go the staff and owners were super helpful. The room were immaculate and very comfortable. We arrived early and were allowed to chill by the pool with a stunning view of mount etna! The breakfast was superb with so much choice and expertly coordinated by the staff member who was so sweet.

Our stay at Ottomood was perfect. Everything was better than we could have hoped for. We were there for 4 nights in late April, the weather was sunny and we even managed to take a quick dip in one of the pools. The view of Etna is lovely. This bed and breakfast is located perfectly if you wish to visit Etna and other places on the north-eastern side of Sicily. They have a small playing area outside with swings and a tree house. The garden is also lovely. Very helpful owners, always responded quickly to all our questions, they also recommended lovely restaurants to us. Breakfast was nice, mostly sweet (as usual in Italy, I'd say), but with some savoury options as well. The only thing to note is that a car is absolutely necessary if you wish to stay here and there were plenty parking spaces while we were there, we never had an issue. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here, you won't regret it.

The staff was very accommodating and welcoming from the moment we walked in. She kindly walked us through the property and efficiently got us set up in our room. The pool was a good temperature even though it was not heated, it was refreshing after hiking Mt Etna.

the room was clean modern , and the beds where combftabel and a good size shower that you could fit in , the staff is aslo really nice and the breakfast is filled with many options to choose from

We found the location a bit tricky but this doesn't have anything to do with the Apartments. It was not easy to walk around with kids.

We enjoyed our stay 100% - kids loved the pool and swings, all of us were happy about the view, the terrace and tasty breakfast. The owners were an absolute delight and we will deffinetly return next time we come to Sicily!

We had the lovely apartment room by the pool with a view of Etna. It was ideal for a family of 4. We loved the two pools. Breakfast was amazing! (just ask for hot drinks and cold cuts of cheese and ham which are sliced fresh). Easy to park in parking area outside. Owner and staff were very helpful and welcoming

No lift, but stairs to rooms aren't that bad, you can manage easily

Fresh breakfast, coffee machine in the lobby, clean rooms, and very friendly staff & owners, views of Mount Etna from rooms on the 2nd floor, , 2 beautiful pools with 2 very spacious deck area & central location, and there's a shopping mall 2 minutes away including a pharmacy Recommend 100% to families with children or even for a quiet break
