As I was traveling alone I booked for room with a Queen size bed, which I got, but the bed had two single mattresses on it. Not a serious problem but worth mentioning.

The room was just as we expected. Everything was clean, we had hot water on demand, perfect location next to the metro, in a neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants. Max and Marco were very helpful and accomodating to our visit and the 24/7 communication via what’s up was very helpful. We will visit again!!

Very helpful staff, they agreed to wait for us even though we had late flight and had trouble with taxi. This hotel has an excellent location with a lot of local cafe and obviously just 5 minutes from Vatican. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a bit more minimal than the photos would have you believe i.e. the photos are very flattering. But it is a clean and convenient. And the people were very kind and helpful.

It was very convenient and safe. It is on the 2nd floor with a fun small lift. You’re given all the keys you need to come and go.

The restaurants are a little loud in the evening.

The Guest House is only 8 min away from the St Peter's square, and 4 min from the metro (A). The room was comfortable and they clean it every day.

The state of the room was a little outdated, but functional and clean.

The staff was very helpful, Massimo was great on check in. He gave us great restaurant recommendations. He was very attentive and also helped us book the taxi to the airport. The Guesthouse location is perfect, just a few minutes away from Vatican city, you don't need to use any transport, just walk.

Not the hotel’s fault, but I purposefully booked this hotel because it was close to the subway, but there is A LOT of construction currently going on on all the streets around the hotel and the closest subway stop was closed while we were there. It’ll look great when it’s all finished, but as of Sep 9, 2024, there were fences and construction happening all around the hotel so it didn’t look as nice in the area and it made it harder to get around.

It was clean, cool—the AC worked great in Aug/Sep—and roomy. There were 2 beds for me and my Dad and we had room to get around. There’s a lift, which my 70-yr old father liked, but it’s only 2 floors up. Super close to the Vatican. It was easy to get around on buses and the subway.
