We reported a problem with our shower tap and someone came promptly to inspect it. However, nothing further was said or done for the remainder of our stay. We suspected nothing could be done about it short of a replacement, but it would have been nice for someone to communicate with us about it.

A very comfortable hotel, located a short walk from Ostuni centre. Staff were great and breakfast fine. In the evening, the restaurant served outside and the food quality was excellent. There is parking at the hotel and you leave your car keys with Reception in case they need to move vehicles around in the quite limited space. No problem and sometimes the car was parked for us. Overall, a very pleasant hotel, priced at the upper end of reasonable.

In my room, the shower was very, very strange. It was facing the glass shower screen and the bath to stand in the shower is very small. It’s actually a health and safety hazard. If you turn slightly, you would slip and fall against the shower glass . I don’t know why it’s not positioned in the normal place a shower should be in a bath. If it’s to do with the plumbing, then it’s easy fixed with an extended pipe which can be taken along the tiles and up. Also, the shower gel was not replaced every day for the days I was there. I had to ask a reception and when I did, I got one shower gel two conditioners and one body lotion. The tubs are so small that it only actually does one shower.

The location was fabulous and the hotel facilities were just what we needed. The close proximity to the old town is fantastic and some fantastic restaurants and shops leading up to it. Delighted that it wasn’t an array of boutique shops and expensive stuff. It was just a small number of shops but good restaurants. The location is fantastic. Going in May is perfect as the temperature is just right. The glare from the white city can be a lot when it’s very hot and very sunny so avoid those July August months.

The shower door looks like it might be water tight, but it is not. So if you're not careful while showering, a lot of water could get on the bathroom floor.

Our flight back to the US was early, so we left the hotel at 4:00am. At check out, staff had prepared two breakfast bags for us to take. We did not expect this and it bightened the dark drive to the airport so early in the morning! The room decor and coffee set up was terrific, and maybe best of all, there is on-site parking -- a rarity in the old part of Ostuni.

The spa isn’t a spa.. it’s available if you book beforehand and pay separately for use of it. A jacuzzi I think .. 🤔 not much more. The massage was a speed rub down where it felt like the girl was trying to cover every cm of my skin surface in fastest possible time .. not good but what’s the point of saying anything at the time when she says is this ok for you ? No actually it’s dreadful 🥴🤷‍♀️

There is not too much to do in Ostuni, but the view of the town is beautiful.

Although we were not there with children, we saw families at meal time and they seemed comfortable. We loved the hotel. Although we did not take advantage of the spa, the prices were reasonable. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was excellent, as was the service. There was parking on the premises, which was much appreciated. There is not much to do in Ostuni. We visited a very interesting museum in town and went into a few of the shops, but spent more time visiting neighboring Oria. Ostuni is centrally located for visits to Alberobello and other towns in the area. We were very yappy with our choice of the hotel.
