The property is located in the heart of Ibla Ragusa, very close and convenient to visit everything on foot. It is a lovely restored old house, surprisingly quiet at night and the breakfast in the roof top is very good. It is a bit tricky to park there but Rosita was an absolut perfect host, helped me parking and was very welcoming. My mom did not find the bed super comfotable but my sofa bed was great. We loved the stay!

Private, large rooms with excellent air conditioning. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely, fresh fruit, baked goods and other items. Rosita was lovely to deal with and very flexible.

Since we were travelling with public transport and had young children and suitcases, the walk from Largo San Paolo bus stop to the property was a bit of a challenge since its uphill and it was a heatwave. But we knew about it beforehand so it's not the property's fault. Otherwise, the property is situated right in the centre of beautiful Ragusa Ibla with only a 3 minute walk to the Duomo which is perfect! :)

Everything at the property was EXCELLENT! From the hostess who was extremely welcoming and helpful, to the cleanliness and view from our balcony. The breakfast was also delicious and the hostess made sure everything was perfect all the time. We did not meet Rosita herself but a colleague of hers, who was super sweet! :)

Location is wonderful, very central to the Cathedral, gardens and great eateries. Good idea to arrive by taxi as otherwise can be tricky to navigate the old streets. Loved the shady terrace in the afternoon sun. Excellent breakfast. Thank you

Rosita is an absolute star. She welcomes you like you are long lost family. Helps with parking and does everything possible to make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Beautifully renovated old building with great location for exploring Ragusa Ibla.

Nice accommodation in a fantastic location! Everything was clean, and comfortable. What truly made our stay special was our wonderful host, Rosita – incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always available to help. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Perfekt location, beautiful host and a perfect communication before the trip till arrival. A lovely and rich breakfast on the roof terrace. Our could be stored safe in the garage of the building.

Driving to the location was challenging the first time, but that’s how it is in older towns, and the instructions from the B&B manager were excellent. If stairs are an issue, this may not be the place for you.

The location was excellent, close walk to town center on a beautiful and quiet street. The breakfast was served on the top floor with a lovely outside space when weather permits. There are only three rooms in a lovely restored old house; the B&B manager was super helpful (both in person and always available by text if needed) and a pleasure to meet.

It is a delightful location and so pretty! The breakfast was over the top fantastic with amazing food and coffee and juice and even walnuts from their trees!!

Rosita was so welcoming and friendly! She took care of every detail and truly made our stay so nice. The room was refreshingly modern, everything was so clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great as well (pastries, cheeses, meats, bread, yogurt, cereal, fruits). We so enjoyed our stay.

No kettle in the room, but Rosita put one out in the breakfast room the 2nd morning for us to use before breakfast hours. Parking isn't free on the property. It is free on the street if available, and thankfully, it was when we needed it.

Rosita was a wonderful friendly involved host. She was eager to communicate with us prior to arrival and was successful in locating a free parking place on the street in front of her b&b. We felt safe, bed was comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. PLUS it is a very short walk (5 min) to the main plaza with plenty of restaurants and photographic opportunities. The terrace above the room was a delight to sit in with a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Rosita is so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the chats with her and felt very at home. The property itself is very charming - a beautiful respite from the heat in July.
