The hotel is located close to the city center. The room was bright and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Nothing. It is a little outside of the historical area but not hugely so. And probably a bit quieter and better value for money for being so.

A little bit tired in the room, the flush cover kept falling off but apart from that it was spot on.

The room was simple but clean and had everything we needed. Air con worked okay and plenty of room for 4 of us. The breakfast was basic but did the job every morning and price was decent.

The location is perfect especially if you have a car. Is exactly outside the limited traffic area. The room was very spacious and clean. Is equal to a much better than a 2 star hotel.

A mattress of the single bed in quadruple room is bit thin and not supportive enough.

Great location and walking distance where is not far from the centre. Good place with street parking and private parking outside the ZTL for people travelling with a car. Small hotel with most essential things we need. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful for enquiries.

The shower didn’t have a door! This was super hard for washing my hair because the water would spray everywhere :/

Breakfast was nice, they had a good variety. They always cleaned the room when you wanted and did an exceptional job. I loved the tub and the lighting, very comfortable room! With minibar too that was affordable!

It's a bit away from the city centre, but if you are up to a 20-30 minutes walk, it's perfect. There are a few shady streets on the way though.

Very nice room, clean and well equipped for how small it is. The personnel was always kind, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. There's a large open field, but protected parking place 2 minutes from the hotel.

Very cosy hotel, good location with walkable distance to the center. When we wanted to take a bus to a further location, I was very positively surprised that they also had tickets available at the Reception. The personnel was very nice and helpful

Far from major attractions

Facilities were very clean and modern. Due to health reasons, I always prefer it if the bathroom has a window. This one had one. Breakfast was fantastic.

The elevator is on the small side. There was some confusion on arrival because the night desk was manned by staff from a building on the opposite side of the road.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very tastefully furnished. Airconditioning worked very well. There was a desk and a minibar that was stocked with basics. There was a small but perfectly usable balcony. It's all really well done.

Great location. Friendly staff, very helpful. The only thing was that for a room with 3 people, the AC could have been stronger. We had to sleep with the door open.

I believe it is advertised to have a bar but they just have a few bottles in the room and at the front desk. Though there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and they made a great recommendation for La Luna.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Martina was great along with everyone at the front desk. The housekeeper helped with cleaning my room when it worked for me.

The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing . It was in a great location, walking distance to historic centre, with great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay there again.
