Although the room was clean/ clean bedding and floor ... lovejy clean towels etc... the shower coukd have done with a more thorough clean as there waa some hair on the shower door , and it was not nice having to remove that before using it. However, this was probably an innocent mistake as the rest of the bathroom and room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Location was excellent. Within walking distance to all of the main attractions.. about 8 mins to Trevi fountain.. 5/6 mins to Spanish steps. Colosseum was about 30 min walk away. Roberto very pleasant. Easy self check-in and a lovely touch leaving some sodas and water in the mini fridge. Air con was great and we needed it as was 30 degrees! Would stay here again as location was really good.

Be prepared and aware of the 4 big flights of stairs if in the 2 bed appartment, not a criticism and no issue but be aware.

Great property, nicely laid out and great for family of 4. Staff wonderful and helpful and well equipped. Location good with posh supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby. Able to walk most of the tourist destinations.

Everything was perfect. The location is central, every major attractions are in walking distance, maximum 20 minutes of walk. The breakfast was in a nearby restaurant, we could choose from more options, it was delicious and gave enough energy to start the day. The room is cozy and clean. The staff at the hotel was super nice and really helpful. I definetely recommend this plase.

I booked this orange suites as thought I was booking an apartment next to via del corso. Although it turned out to be great, it was not clear that the deluxe apartment was actually 8 mins walking distance away.

we booked a small room and we got a SMALL ROOM. The bed was too soft and creaking, we asked Roberto to fix our shower head because it was broken and he changed it right away. The hospitality was great and kind, we had a great time!

Wifi signal was very weak inside the room. Also, the room looked bigger in the pictures but it was very tight for a big man. Finally the AC wasn’t functioning very well.

The room was in the middle of majority of monuments, basically everything was walking distance. Also, staff were great. Shout out to Roberto who reached out before I get there with instructions and was very helpful throughout the entire trip.

The head of one shower was completely broken, we couldn't use it. The switchers between tap and shower in both showers were broken, so we couldn't switch between them. The tiny part that you pull to switch was missing in both showers. Although it was there, the dishwasher's door was fixed in place with a screw, so we couldn't use it. Prepare to wash by hand. (Well, the dishwasher is not in the list of their amenities either.) The all in one impression: it used to be great, now it's a bit run down.

The location is superb, the flat is spacious, with high ceilings. A really great atmosphere. The decoration is exactly what we needed, a slight "at home" effect, with lots of Italian books. The heating worked perfectly. It is a huge comfort point in December.

Beds and pillows were not the most comfortable. The stairs 😰 this is no fault of the facility as it is Europe and very common. Being at the top of the building was rough.

The suites is like an Airbnb setup. There was no elevator. Since Rome was the last leg of our trip, we had to carry our almost full medium-large sized luggages up a few flights of stairs with no assistance. This was a big issue for us because we were with 2 senior citizens. Although the place was a bit inaccessible to vehicles due to it located in a small alley, we actually like it away from the crowded places. It made you feel like you were one of the locals. There was little to no signal inside the rooms including wifi. The heater in the shower area was difficult to use. The included breakfast was mediocre. TV remote wasn't working properly.

Excellent location. Near tourist spots like Spanish steps, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Decent sized rooms with ample amenities. Owner and/or manager as well as the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Communication was challenging at times-very responsive during the day, but we had an issue with our key working in the evening and we could not get in touch with our host for over an hour. It all worked out eventually but we were so nervous that we would not be able to get into our room for the night.

We loved the space to accommodate our family of 5. Plenty of room and extra amenities too like extra towels and toiletries and fans! And you cannot beat the location! Very easy to get to all of our tours and restaurants, etc.

The apartment is on the top floor without a lift so carrying bags up was hard but to be expected in Italy.

When I booked, the pictures on Booking.com are misleading as the majority are of another flat in a different location to Via dell'Arancio. Their own website states reception staff are there 8 am - 5 pm but once booked they emailed to say they leave at midday. We were due to arrive mid afternoon so I was anxious to know how I would gain access to the apartment. Had I received this information a few days before arrival this would have allayed my worries but I was on the plane awaiting take off when I received a WhatsApp telling me how to gain access and requesting photos of our passports. In my opinion this information should have been made known to me at least the day before. It also stated breakfast included but we never received any. We were there for 4 days but never had towels changed or bins emptied. The sinks in the bathroom could not be filled as the plugs were not working so my sons and husband found this annoying when trying to shave. The flat is meant to be for 7 people but there is not enough crockery and cutlery for 7 people. We only made breakfast so not a big deal for us. The apartment has great potential but could do with a refresh of the paintwork. It is quite scuffed in several areas.

Orange Suites are in an excellent location. The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Piazza del Popolo amongst others are within easy walking distance from the apartment. The bedrooms in the flat were comfortable with adequate storage and the bathroom has great facilities - large double shower heads and twin sinks in a modern decor. The air conditioning was a god send in the baking heat during our stay in Aug 24 with temperatures in the mid 30s every day.There is a safe in the wardrobe and also a washing machine but we never used it as nowhere to dry clothes. The balcony is a little Juliette balcony. I met Roberto only once and he was very pleasant.
