We have been with booking .com for years When we book a room no matter the price we look at photos that show what the views are and the important balcony We were put in a room that had a balcony, but a view meters away of a construction site wall. We complained and next day were shifted .There are too many operators now ignoring the truth of advertising if you show a room with X X must be there

No elevator. If arriving early or late from check-in time you might not enter the property, if you don't have the code.

The room was excellent, with the big bathroom and a great view to seaside. Very nice breakfast, friendly staff. Very good location in a centre close to shopping area, stations, port, restaurants, Cathedral and sightseeings. No physical keys - just codes.

No elevator

The location is just great, close to the railway and bus stations, less than 10 minutes walking to the Basilica Cathedral of Messina and city center. Clean, nice rooms. Very nice breakfast, different kinds of pastry and good choice of hot and cold drinks. The water and coffee machines in the corridor for 24 hours. Friendly staff.

Rooms not very sound proof. Construction of building next door surrounded by fencing, made the entrance a little dark.

Breakfast - excellent, room - clean, modern. Bed - comfortable. Bathroom, clean, towels changed daily, shower comfortable. Within easy walking distance of the train station and port.

Everything, everyone there was so helpful and lovely. Our room was magnificent, housekeeping was outstanding and the breakfast was delicious, lots of variety and so fresh. We loved our weeks stay here

The only issue we had was a typical Italian issue, the toilet had a masserator, so toilet paper had to be put in a bin.

Location was amazing.The staff, especially the staff at breakfast ,were absolutely lovely and the cleaning staff so friendly. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding and the quality of the cleaning every day was amazing. We would definitely stay here again !!

Alessia and Valentina were very helpful and made me feel welcome and looked after. When my hydrofoil for Salina was cancelled due to weather they were very flexible about letting me stay in the room until it was confirmed I would need to stay that evening.

Even if the apartment isn't to be held responsible, there is a lot of noise from nearby restaurants, bars until late at night. Also, there is lots of noise from the cars in the street which is in front of the property.

Beautifully decorated room on the first floor (without elevator). Spotlessly clean and an amazing smell in the room! Very helpful and accommodating staff!! The breakfast was amazing as well with a variety of things from which to choose, either savory or sweet, and sooo delicious! It is easy to find parking (but for some certain hours that the shops are open payment is mandatory or else you will get fined). There is a supermarket very near the property, which is very convenient, and there is also a bus stop in front or the property.
