Massimo was a great host. Gave us lots of good information and very friendly! The location was perfect, walkable to many main attractions in Parma. And had a nice, shared space with snacks, refrigerator, etc.

The bar we were given breakfast vouchers for only opened at 10 am on Sunday (though we did have access to coffee, fruut juice and other breakfast goods at the B&B itself).

Loud noise out front, it's a main street from normal workday activities is the ideal for vacation wake up.

Smallish room but had everything we needed for a night, it is a shared bedroom apartment with common kitchen so get ready for noise if you have the full roommate situation, strange entrance door which took some messages back and forth to work out.

The owner was very nice and helpful. Location is PERFECT! Everything is clean and nice. In common area you have available 24/7 snacks, coffee, tea etc. I would recommend to everyone

The apartment is right in the center of the town and very close to the Duomo and palazzo de la Pilotta. Communication with Massimo was easy, pleasant and he waited for us at the door to explain the keys, the facilities in the apartment and information about the city. The fridge was well stocked and we had a nice breakfast in the morning and we were also able to leave our bags until later when we left the city. All in all, a very pleasant stay.Thank you Massimo.

Everything was as expected. There is no elevator, and there is an inner courtyard view. The bathroom smells a bit like mould. Nothing too serious, however.

Super location in centre of Parma. Parking is at short distance walking. Very friendly and committed owner (thank you Massimo) showing us into our room. Very good bed. Very clean place. Bathroom OK. Breakfast next door in nice coffee place. Common area is full of snacks etc.. Fresh fruit is a nice plus.

Massimo is a wonderful host! Come just to meet him :). The place is the perfect location for all things in Parma. The room has what you need and a nice assortment of beverages and snacks in the kitchen area. I will come back. Parma is magical.

The lighting in the bathroom could have been better. Hard to put makeup on with it not being bright.

We had the common kitchen area for all guests outside our room. We had a pastry & coffee & it was good. The location was close to the Duomo and only around a 15 minute walk to the train station. I’d definitely stay there again.

Our host was delightful, so helpful, friendly and engaging. Our room was quiet, and the bed was great. We really appreciated the kitchen area and to be able to make a nespresso plus snacks anytime we wanted, in addition to having a quick breakfast next door at the cafe. The location is very convenient.
