Beautifully decorated, modern and clean.

The location is perfect for exploring Parma! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Roberto picked us up at the parking garage, and gave us information on where to go and what to do.

We liked everything! Francesca and Roberto were gracious hosts and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable! The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and cozy! Roberto took us to the meeting spot for our tour of the Parmesan cheese factory, Parma ham and Modena balsamic vinegar tasting. He also took us to the train station when we left! Francesca makes the best cappuccino and provides fresh pastries, toast, yogurt and other sweet treats. We can’t say enough good things about both of them. Great restaurant recommendations and what to see in Parma! All within walking distance! We will definitely stay here again!

Opera 11 is located on a quiet street, but very close to cafes and restaurants and the shopping street. Roberto and Francesca were really friendly. Francesca made absolutely amazing cappuccinos for breakfast and the breakfast was fresh and varied. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. When we come to Parma again, we want to stay at Opera 11.

Everything was fine.

We can only recommend staying with Roberto and Francesca, who are amazing hosts. They were very supportive when we arrived, gave great recommendations where to eat, and Francesca provided a very good Italian breakfast (i.e., a sweet breakfast). There is everything you need in the AirBnB and the common room / kitchen. The next time we come to Parma, we'll stay with them again.

The hosts were really welcoming and accommodating, even picking us up from the train station! There was a good variety of milk (oat, soya etc) at breakfast and the room was clean, elegant and comfortable.

Perhaps another breakfast table would be useful when the house is full (some guests have to sit in armchairs and eat at a tiny table). Also more of a variety of pastries for breakfast.

Roberto and Francesca are FANTASTIC! Very helpful and responsive - Roberto even drove with us to show us the closest parking. Location is incredible, right in the old town in a pedestrian - limited traffic zone full of restaurants, shops and close to the most interesting cultural spots. We had dinner at Osteria dello Zingaro as per Roberto's recommendation which was great too. There is free coffee all day long and my kids enjoyed the juice and cookies which they kindly offered to us for free. I will definitely come back!

Hosts are amazing people! Perfect location!

Location was perfect. Private paid parking not far from apartment. Room was very clean. Roberto and Francesca are kind, hard working hosts. Breakfast was continental.

All was very wonderful. Only exception is pillows were flat and hard.

It is a beautiful and cozy hotel! Our hosts were always respectful and friendly. We had excellent recommendations and breakfast was always ready. Highly recommended!

We have no complains!

Perfect hosts. Roberto even picked us up at the train station, then at our departure when we couldn't get a taxi, he returned us to the station. The room is comfortable, clean and modern with daily maid service. Quite quiet for location. Walking distance to everything. Grocery store and great food very close. There are stairs, no lift.The two of us stayed four nights and highly recommend staying with Opera 11.

We only had 2 days and 1 night in Parma - this was the IDEAL place. Roberto and his wife were amazing - so gracious and excellent communicators. Roberto even gave us a ride to the train station for our tour of the cheese factory. The fresh fruit and yoghurt - coffee and Tran and lovely fresh pastries were really lovely. This is the PERFECT location to stay in Parma. The people in the town were also very welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and the room felt “big” for Italy. Highly recommend and I really hope I make it back to Parma- I WILL stay here if so.

Super cute place in a tight alleyway. Clean and modern room and very homey at the same time. Best hosts who gave tips and recommendations and are incredibly friendly. Great breakfast and access to snacks, fruits and drinks throughout the stay. We wish we had another night to stay in Parma because of this B&B!

To be overly picky and critics, the shower pressure wasn’t the best. Other than that, we found nothing to complain about at all.

The hosts were super welcoming and friendly. They picked us up at the train station which was a really nice surprise and very helpful. It was located in a great location and very convenient to the main sites. The nespresso coffee was awesome as was the lovely pastries for breakfast. The place was very clean and we felt very safe.

The linens were very nice but the beds weren’t super comfortable; they were just harder than we prefer.

It was above and beyond. The place was clean tidy and very cosy. But the most impressive are the owners Roberto and Francesca. Simply the nicest people we've met in a long time. Tho we met for the first time, we felt like we have known each other for a lifetime. Roberto surprised us with an unsolicited pick-up and then drop-off from and to the train station, along with some incredible restaurant suggestions during our stay and a little bit of city history during the car drive. And Francesca was simply the kindest woman you can meet, warm and welcoming, was exactly the face u needed to see in the morning while eating the breakfast to be sure that you will have a good start of the day. And Parma it's simply a lovely, cosy and wonderful little city to be in, regardless if you are there for work, or leisure.

Everything ,plus the generous offer from the owners to drive us around. They are very welcome people.

Very clean and comfortable rooms with modern bathroom. The hosts were friendly and served a delicious breakfast. It’s in a quiet area but only a minute’s walk to bars and restaurants.

Great location in the center of Parma. Wonderful owners who were very helpful and kind. Everything was clean and nice and as expected.

This is a wonderful little place where everything is nice and clean and new. We had a single night in a lovely room with a/c on the top floor, and the host couple are the nicest and most helpful people you can imagine. We arrived late and yet Roberto took the time to come and help with street parking. His wife was in charge of the breakfast, and was as sweet as an angel. We were recommended a small Italian restaurant nearby. We surrendered to the waiter's recommendations and were not disappointed. Parma is a beautiful city, it was a shame we didn't have more time there.

Roberto and Francesca are great. They drove us from the train station to the r&b and also recommended places to visit and to eat. They made our short visit to Parma extremely pleasant =)
