We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI got locked into the bath room for an hour, not ideal but could have been worse lucky I was not in the room by myself. Quick action taken, spent the rest of the week with no lock on the bathroom door.....not good experience. Breakfast, was not happy with the choices for breakfast.

RomaniaThe reception staff should receive a hospitality training. The breakfast was poor and every morning I had to find the receptionist (no one else was present at the bar) to request for a coffee. One morning I requested 2 coffees to go (during the breakfast time) because my husband and I had a taxi picking us up at a specified hour. 12 minutes later I asked if the coffees were ready and the receptionist told me to wait. Needless to say, we left without the coffee. The room was poorly equipped - it didn’t have slippers nor toiletries. Overall, it does not deserve to be rated as a four stars hotel.
The room was tiny but nice and cosy and the cleaning service was great
