I booked a triple room but arrived to see that the third 'bed' had not been made up. I presume this was because there were only two of us: my daughter and I. The staff quickly fixed this for us, so no complaints there. Also, the bed isn't really a bed. It's more like a sofa, which was not clear on the site. We expected this bed to be better than it was.

A very good breakfast with a decent choice and attentive staff. The room was quite large and modern, with a good bathroom and a big TV (but this wobbled around a bit). The breakfast area is light and roomy. The main bed was very comfortable.

Can’t find fault. The location is not the best but the Metro Mare is less that 100 meters away,so easy to get to Riccione and the centre of Rimini

Design hotel reminiscent of a Philippe Starck. I believe it’s only 2 years old but has been very well maintained. Large room with balcony and plenty of space for suitcase and ample hanging and shelves. The bathroom was really nice. Again very spacious. I asked for a quiet room and they fulfilled my request. There was a small balcony too. Bed and linens very clean. I have to mention Alice on reception, who when I asked her for suggestions if things to do gave me a very comprehensive list. Very helpful.

General Satisfaction: Truly, there was nothing we didn't like about our stay. Breakfast: While the breakfast was delicious, a little more variety from day to day could make the dining experience even better.

Staff: Exceptionally nice and supportive. Went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Location: Fantastic! Proximity to the beach made for a perfect vacation setting. Rooms: Clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Breakfast: Delicious and varied options to start the day right.

Spa need to be paid, this is not mentioned on booking. There were mosquitoes in the room and they had nothing to help with, no blankets and I had to ask for one.

No bedding on the bed, just a sheet!!! I woke in the night cold and had to get up and put clothes on so I could sleep.

Room 108 has a hole in the wall opposite side of the shower. Water leaks out of the shower onto the floor through this hole and onto floor of bathroom and main room. Real shame as lovely place.
