We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomSuch small things would move my rating to a ten: Although the apartment was modern and clean there were a lot of insects nesting inside the patio awning which flew out when I opened it, and it was hard to stop them entering the living area before getting the mosquito screen down, so that’s the one area that could benefit from more cleaning. Also if air conditioning could be installed it would be fabulous, but obviously dependent on building restrictions, so does not lower my rating.
This apartment is in a marvellous location, right on the water. With hot weather we could sit out on the balcony under the sunshade which was very welcome. Both windows have mosquito nets fitted - I hadn’t really thought about this when selecting the place, but happy they were there. The kitchen is fine and our main reason for booking an apartment is to have a fridge and a few implements so not expecting anything too fancy and all perfectly adequate. The bathroom is large with a good shower, and the bedroom is fine for a couple.

The balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, right above the lake. The tranquility of dinner on the balcony in the evenings. It was magical.

United KingdomWe'd only have asked for two small improvements. One was slightly more glasses and a better variety of bowls. Only one flute for our sparkling wine, and three wine glasses. And the other small issue was it rained heavily while we were there and we found it difficult to dry our towels and clothes despite a drying rack provided. But these were very small niggles in an otherwise excellent stay.
Location on the lake was beautiful. An easy walk from the main centre of Bellano. The apartment was quiet and furnished as we expected. Our host was very communicative, excellent instructions to get in, and we really appreciated the welcome bottle of wine. The rooms were large, the beds comfortable - even the sofa-bed, which isn't always the case! And having breakfast and evening drinks on the balcony overlooking the lake, which was the point of booking this property, was a huge highlight.

FinlandIt is totally misleading to say that there is parking, because there is not! This is a big problem! There is only public parking which is impossible to work with on a long stay.
The location on the like is amazing! The amenities at the apartment are really good; coffee, paper towels, bottle of sparkling wine, ... and so on; excellent! The apartment is spotless.
