Windows had shutters pulled down from outside so they could not be opened to see outside. The plus side was that the room was very dark and quiet and we slept very well.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the main points of interest. The check in process and communication with staff was very good. The suite we stayed in had a lot of character and all the amenities you need for either a short or extended stay.

The restrictions regarding to the baggage drop off are not clear, and the nearby lockers are kinda expensive.

Paying for our left luggage whilst we explored Verona -which for 4 suitcases was very expensive.

I liked the decoration and the air conditioning which other people said didn’t work. Check in was smooth so was check out. We had everything and more in the room and location we was excellent.

The check-in was a bit complicated due to the property's management experiencing a technical issue on the day of our arrival.

The property is centrally located, just outside the historic centre of town. The room is exactly the same as advertised - very unique and tastefully decorated. The airconditioning works a charm and we slept very, very well despite the high temperatures outside.

It was only a 5 minute walk into town Our host was very helpful in giving restaurant recommendations We could leave our luggage in the room on the day we arrived before it had been cleaned and were given a luggage storage location a 5 minute walk from the property for the day we left

Aircon was very poor. In current heatwave felt uncomfortable at night. Would have loved a coffee machine.

A set of small suites in a residential block, very close to the city centre. It was good to have a kettle and fridge, also included basic cooking stove/microwave in a small separate living area. A few tea bags provided but no coffee. Bathroom also had a washing machine. Beds comfortable. Aircon wasn't great. But suited us for a night.

Whilst there was a kettle, there was only 1 tea bag which we had to share when we arrived after a 5 hour journey. There was no milk. The girls who showed us in didn’t explain which keys fitted which locks (3 keys), nor show us how the shower worked which was more complicated than a normal shower. When we got there, there was a nasty smell in the bathroom - to eradicate this we left the door open for our stay which resolved it, but if it got shut, it smelled bad in there again.

We stayed in the Minerva Suite which was tastefully decorated, clean and in a good position to walk to and eat at local bars, and easily walk to the centre of Verona, and other places nearby.

A few splash marks in the kitchen area, probably not as thoroughly cleaned as we like but decent enough for a 1 night stay.

Love the decor and the room was available earlier than expected as it had been cleaned. Ellie is great! Replied to messages quickly and gave us lots of recommendations in the area.

Nothing, everything about this place and this city was perfect. I can't wait to go back to Verona.

This place is in the perfect location. You can easily walk downtown to the busier parts where all the restaurants and shopping is but you also feel far enough away such that its not noisy. Additionally, the room has amazing views and is decorated very well.

Furniture was a bit dated. Washroom a bit tight.

Good location, just outside of the city centre but walking distance to everything. Friendly, helpful staff at check in. Room had a great view of Verona. Great for a short stay.

The location was close to the train station with multiple bus stops nearby. It was a short walk to the arena and many other locations. Many restaurants close by. The room has some furniture that is showing some age. But it worked perfectly for the two of us. A third person would have fit on the extra bed but that would be tight with more luggage.

Being so close to everything meant it was a little noisy, but that is probably unavoidable for this area! The bed was also very firm but otherwise a very comfy stay and I would definitely book again.

Amazing location, the room was beautiful and I had everything I needed. Very friendly and helpful staff who provided a helpful local guide for my stay too.

Great location, exactly midway between the train station and the main square and attractions. Lovely friendly welcome - bonus beds and rooms so we were able to sleep in separate rooms (as best friends we don't mind having to share but as I snore so my friend was thrilled!). Nice little kitchenette and some tea and coffee made us feel welcome.
