Absolutely nothing!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Massive balcony to sit and watch local life unfolding in the street below. Easy access to cafés, restaurants and bars plus very good local buses to Verona etc. The host, David, is wonderfully friendly and helpful. We would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

A nice, cosy hotel, which we booked for one night before driving back home. It had everything we needed, and we got one of the warmest welcomes you can hope for! The owner took the time to place every spot worthy of interest on a map and explained to us how to get there. We really appreciated!

A bit far from the historical part of the city, approximately 20 minutes of walking is required (can be a bit too much during the return trip). However, buses are frequent and stop near the hotel.

The was nothing I could fault.

Where do I start? From the moment we booked, until the minute we checked out, David, the owner and our host was nothing short of spectacular. He was warm, welcoming and a huge source of knowledge. David made us feel like family, guiding our days for us. We felt so comfortable and relaxed. Don't let the 2 stars worry you, the hotel was immaculately clean, bathroom was modern, despite being compact, it felt so much bigger. The bath sheets felt luxurious. And the tasty but simple breakfast was perfect 👌 If hotels were rated on their vibe alone, the Hotel Olimpia would be 5 stars. Our room had blackout shutters on the window, a radiator for winter and air-conditioned for summer. Perfect!!! The room was bright and sunny during the day when needed. The hotel has a laundromat just 30m across the road, the best gelato next door and if needed a short walk to the shuttle bus to the Old Town, but we walked this comfortably. We had free on-site parking for our vehicle too. The list of positives is ongoing. Book your stay here, there is no possibility you would regret the warm welcome from the owners and staff.

The owner was very kind and welcoming. I did pay extra for the breakfast which was meat and cheeses with croissants and a coffee or tea. I stayed end of season so the area was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size. There is also an outdoor market every Monday. There is a tabac shop right across the street from the hotel where you can buy your bus ticket for half the price if you were to buy the ticket on the bus to get to the castle or any bus stops on the route.

Hotel was in a fab location. Sirmione is a beautiful place and the hotel staff were lovely and David was very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. Superb host.

The owner greeted us in the car park and guided us to a secure garage to store our motorbike then carried our luggage inside. Great location with a short walk to the lake for a swim and numerous restaurants to choose from. Our room which was very comfortable and clean had a balcony which was great during the hot weather. We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast outside - great service.

Davide is the perfect host. He gave us all the information that we need and we thank him for that. The hotel is well located, there is a free parking(good to have). The room was very spacious and clean. there was a air conditioning system but we didn't used as the temperature wasn't that high during our stay. we will go back for sure :)

We can highly recommend this hotel. For us, it had the perfect location: cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets were either directly at the hotel or just around the corner and easily reachable by walking. The historic center of Sirmione and the beach are just a short bus ride away - you have a parking spot at the hotel, which is a big plus - however, we preferred using the bus. We had a clean room with a balcony, and overall, everything was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel had a very warm and family-like atmosphere, making us feel very comfortable during our stay. David gave us a very warm welcome and always had helpful tips. We would definitely stay here again next time. Thank you, David!

The attitude of the owners were exceptional. David(owner), was greeting us every morning and providing suggestions for the day. Hotel might not be the newest, but the attitude made a huge difference.

It was everything fine.

The location of the hotel is certainly advantageous. It's located in a very serviced area: within walking distance you will find a bank, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a tobacconist where you can buy tickets for the Sirmione Shuttle Bus, numerous restaurants, etc. It is also within walking distance of the historic centre and the beaches, with a little bit of time, even if you want to reach Jamaica Beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful, you will be warmly welcomed and given lots of useful information for your stay in the area. Parking was included, and that's very helpful considering the difficulties to find a spot along the town and the prices. The room (the superior, in our case) met our expectations: as there were two of us, it was sufficiently spacious and well-equipped, excellent value for money!

The host was very helpful and friendly. Once we got there, he got us aquinted with Sirminione and shared all the best tips, places to visit, gave a detailed map and showed how to get from point A to B. The host was always available and gladly answered any questions. The guy is an absulute legend and will make your stay in Sirmione feel welcome and wonderful.

Everything was great

The hospitality, the cleaning and the overall service. The hotel is in a quiet and beautiful area, but very close to the bus station going to the city centre.Everyone was so helpful and nice, we felt welcomed and we will definitely come here again next year!
