Everything around was dirty, the beds are not beds, it was a sofa bed and a mattress in very poor condition, the shower is not separated from the room. For the price paid in Rome, the conditions were horrible. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS

The bathroom facilities like the shower are a little bit slow and wont give a good bathing experience, but it's ok.

The location is so perfect if you are coming to Rome by train. From the train station, it's hardly 100 mtrs. Everything like food, beverages, restaurants are available right downstairs.

Hi, unfortunately we had very bad experience with your reception! Indeed we just asked your reception man to check on the air conditioner which was was not working well and the room was cold for my baby who was ill. But without checking the air conditioner he started to say you are from Africa and you don't understand if room's temperature is well or not (though we are not African but he was totally insulted African nation)! We explained the situation but he was talking with me and my wife in an extremely rude way. I am planning seriously to complain of him/your bb to booking system for his very rude and racist behaviour and the way he treated with us!

The room was very dirty and smelly, the toilet and the sink did not work, the room atmosphere was not well , the elevator was very dangerous to use and narrow, the staff was not friendly except a nice old lady from the staff who was very nice.

Confusing check-in, no one informed us where the reception is. On the first night of our stay, we came back to the property at 6pm, owner informed there was power outage until 9PM but owner was sure power would be back by 7PM. Went to roma termini station to eat dinner, came back at 7:30PM, still no power and NO water. Can’t flush the toilet, can’t wash our hands. Electricity finally came back at 11:00PM in the evening.

Really uncomfortable beds, the staff was really loud in the morning (before 8 am) and the walls were thin as paper. Although the daily cleaning (they knocked multuple times at 9 o’clock when we were in bed) the place felt dirty. We had a balcony but there were 2 matraces outside so we couldn’t use it. Checking in took so much time.

The location is good. COOP, McD, train station is in 2 from the hostel. It’s easy to walk to reach the main things in Rome! The room is clean. The place isn’t nosy. The breakfast was easy but fine, it’s enough to start your day)

This place is in a great location and is very comfortable. We have stayed here twice and the staff is great. This is wonderful for being able to crash somewhere for the night and spend the days out exploring Rome. The beds are comfortable and rooms have a bathroom that works.

Rooms are dirty and when we arrived there ,could not someone to contact. We had to wait aboout 45 minutes in front of the door with olur lagguges. Nobody answered to our call

The Philipinnes woman who is in reception has a good heart and always has smiles on her face. Also location is perfect
