The shower. It struggled to drain on the first shower and water pressure was very low.

Location was really good - very close to Roma Termini and another metro line along with lots of buses. Staff was EXCELLENT! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided very good laundry service, 24 hr reception, and spoke English which was a plus for us.

Very comfortable and clean hotel in central Rome. Ice cold AC was very welcome during a heatwave, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Italian-style breakfast was ample and tasty. Highly recommend!

Elevator was small and there was a number of stairs that would have to be used if the elevator was being used.

I really liked everything. I really did. The beds seemed very firm the first night, but we slept really well there all 3 nights.

I loved the reception staff. Very kind, accommodating, and generous when there was a scheduling mix-up (or two). They accommodated our family of six in 3 rooms. Nice ambiance. The location provided us with an opportunity to see a Caravaggio exhibit nearby, we saw the motorcade carrying the vice president while on our walk into town, and there were a couple of restaurants nearby that we enjoyed.

The location was such that it was easy to get to the main attractions in Rome. The hotel is located in close proximity to the Presidential Palace.

The room was a bit noisy due to noise in the courtyard, but the opera was great. Some paint & more comfortable beds would also help.

Mario, the manager who welcomed us, was excellent. His calm, welcoming manner was much appreciated, & he went out of his way to suggest places to visit & eat. Mario was fantastic!

See above about no coffee available during the day and mo breakfast coffee until 7:30 am.

Marco and our two cooks amd maids were excellent. Prepared very good breakfasts with healthy choices. There was no coffee available all the time as advertised. However, Marco was very helpful especially when our credit cards erre stolen in Pompei. All of the staff helped us feal with this by letting us use the common area for extended phone calls to Banks, etc. for our replacement cards.

The lift is rather quirky!

Breakfast on the sunny balcony was superb and refills of anything was quickly dealt with. Of an evening sitting down enjoying a quiet natter over a glass of wine, from the local supermarket was greatly appreciated. Also the recommendation to try the bar/restaurant next door, run by new Georgian owners was fantastic, brilliant establishment.

There is nothing to dislike

The location was perfect, room was perfect, continental breakfast was very good, ample choice. All the staff were friendly, happy and helpful.

To enhance the stay, tea and coffee in the rooms would be a great bonus. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

The facilities: the building is old, some corners of the wallpaper were damaged by humidity, the shower head was not detachable, making showering less comfortable The amenities: generally a lack of typical amenities (mini shampoo, conditioners, disposable slippers, etc)

The location: it is very safe, near two metro stations, close to Termini and 15 minutes away from a lot of popular locations ( Spanish Steps, Colosseo, Fontana di Trevi) The staff: very friendly and extremely helpful The room wad very clean

Very comfortable hotel, on the third floor and with a lift - spacious rooms, high ceilings, good breakfast. Helpful and welcoming staff. Just a few minutes walk from Termini station and the Republic metro. Great base for exploring Rome.
