The location was not so close to the Center, we had a lot of walking to get there. Also when someone was going in the bathroom the door had a strange loud voice.

The apartment and the rooms are almost empty - bed, table, chair and some shelves, hence it is very noisy and there is pretty much no noise insulation. People arriving at night were slamming the door like if the night hours didnt apply to them. I usually dont wake up to the noises at night but this was exceptional. Perhaps changing the door and door frames would help.

The location is great - 15 mins to Bari Centrale, 5 mins to Bari Marconi train station if you want to travel around, 15 mins to the beach Pane e Pomodoro, 25 mins to Bari Vecchia. The apartment, room and bathrooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful, although all the communication is done via WhatsApp. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare your own meal - there is a supermarket nearby as well.

Check in and check out hours. You can check in the property 3 pm and you have to check out 10 am. Everywhere in the world can check in 2 pm and check out 12pm. And it was very disappointed to staff asked me when can I check out it should have be 10 am. I really don’t understand this rule because the property can clean in 5 hours easily. Anyway. This is only me complaining about it.

The property quite clean and close to the center also it was safe for the solo woman travellers.

The location is not central and somewhat remote, although I could reach the beach in 10 minutes. The power outlets were of type L, so an adapter is necessary for certain plugs. The check-in process is remote, which is generally fine, but I had to wait a bit for a response

The room was simple but clean, and it had everything I needed. There were two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Additionally, the app featured two balconies and a large kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Localisation, a bit on the suburbs, I woke up many times at night due to noise outside. For more nights can be a bit problematic.

Guest house was clean and well organised. Contact with personnel was very good and fast. Two bathrooms what was really comfortable.

The rooms/kitchen were steril, some picture on the wall could easily solve this and it could make the echo better as well.

Big rooms, clean kitchen and bathrooms (and the 2 bathrooms), big balcony however the view wasn't the best, but its not the fault of the place. A train station was close, there were a supermarket nearby as well. Overall it was totally okay. The stuff were really friendly and helpful, when I asked something they replied instantly and fixed what was needed to be fixed. Thank you!

Not the best wiew from the window. This place is perfect to oversleap and enjoy the trip to the beautifull city. We vere surprised that we got one big blanket for two people.

Easy to find, bus 12/ stops almost in front of the door or you can walk 15 min mostly straigh from raylway/bus station. Very clean place with two bathrooms.

We got there late at night and it was difficult to contact the host. And then we had no fan in our room so we had to sleep in 90° Heat (fahrenheit) the first night until somebody else returned the van that they stole from my room

The room is spacious and there is a nice kitchen with plenty of dishes and silverware and there is a laundry machine to use as well which was a lifesaver

So, we stayed 3 nights. 1 night I return and the wi-fi is not working. My mobile data also wasn’t working, so it was a nightmare scenario. I had an urgent job to do. I had to wait until the next day to find a cafe with internet to text them on whats app. In fairness, once I told them, they fixed it immediately, but for that 1 night it caused me inconvenience.

The location is actually good. Only 15 minutes away from the train station on foot and 5-10 by bus. However, keep in mind the buses in Bari are infrequent. The check-in process was totally digital, they open the door for you through an app. My internet 4G suddenly stopped working, so for me this process wasn’t ideal, as you need to have mobile data to check-in. The room was spacious, I would say. The furniture wasn’t anything luxurious, basic, but sarisfactory. There was a lady on whats app, who was always replying to my messages and was available, so that was good.

The doors are very light and slam super easily. Sound carries so it can be very loud at times. Motion sensor lights can be pro or con.

There weren't enough outlets near the bed, so we couldn't both charge our phones and use it on the bed. There was no iron. The walls are very thin, we could hear other people's alarms going off. Also, you could hear the trains (it wasn't a problem for us, but if you're sensitive to noise it might be for you).

The rooms were spacious and tidy, two bathrooms were enough for the four rooms there are. We never had to wait for the bathroom. The kitchen was also spacious and had everything we needed. The appartement was well equipped. The location was okay, it was very close to Bari Centrale (15 minute walk) and to the beach (10 minute walk). The heating was on, it was very warm.

-There were not enough utensils in the kitchen, no corkscrew for example -They could leave some coffee and tea for the guests -Not even enough cups to drink something -The location was quiet far from the center, there's no shop in the neighbourhood if you want to buy something to drink or eat -The bathtub was clogged, I had to take a shower in dirty water up to my ankle level -The lock on the room door was super difficult to unlock and lock! I had a big struggle, very very big struggle, you have to place the key with a certain degree in order to open it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, it was super annoying.
