The only thing that I can mention was a bit confusing to find the reception for check in.

Really nice position, easy access to the train station also for the sea. Good behavior of the staff specially with the pets. Extremely clean and organized.

Absolutely nothing 😁

The check in processes was informative and easy. The breakfast was absolutely incredible and definitely worth more that €10. We were impressed! The staff were absolutely wonderful and kind. The facilities were just what we needed. The location was what we loved the most. Only an 8 minute walk to the train station which takes you straight through Cinque Terre and Milan. The hotel is also only a 4 minute walk from Levanto town and the beach where you can walk / bike through the abandoned tunnels. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing, You just need to be careful when entering and leaving the parking lot.

Underground parking, friendly staff, elevator, breakfast. Clean bedding. Refrigerator, Capsule coffee and teapots. Overall, it was good quality hotel.

It was not right next to the sea, but only a short bike ride away.

I loved the colorful decorating and inviting seating areas both in and out. The free bicycles and secure, parking garage were great too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious!

Not much. It was just off the main road or up a back alley to get to the reception so a bit quiet if you were returning alone in the dark but seemed in a safe area.

Lovely room with balcony. Comfy bed & nice bathroom. All very clean. Just on outskirts of town centre, an easy 5 minute stroll. We liked that it was halfway between the seafront and the train station so day trips to Cinque Terre villages were easy. Really good selection for breakfast and could help yourself to filter coffee & cold water from machine at any time. Underground parking for car available. Lovely garden area too.

It was a bit uncomfortable not being able to use the AC. It was warm during the night.

Everything ! The place has a great location, staff is incredible and they even let us use the shower when we came back from a long hike after our check out. I'd definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was great. There were selections of juices, breads, croissants, some cakes, one omelette cut into pieces. A good coffee served by the attendant barista with the word Coffee ‘printed’ on the top.

Location was great. (5 min walk to beach) Cute, fun boutique hotel with brightly colored decor & motivational signs. Breakfast was great. Could order eggs with salmon or bacon as well as good selection of pastries & bread.

The room letters on the doors are not clear to understand, a very minor point.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English, making my attempts at Italian unnecessary! The incredible range of delicious foods on offer for breakfast were particularly enjoyed - thank you!

Weird showerhead you can choose between a warm drizzle or normal water pressure but cold

Possibly the room air con will struggle if the outside temperatures get any higher. We were there in early July. The shower cubicle would be a little too tight for a large person.

Generous and varied breakfast. Wonderfully helpful staff, nothing too difficult. Good location within walking distance of the station, even with luggage and within the city centre close to restaurants. Great happy hour, cheap and with copious appetisers. The room was cooled for our arrival. It was great to get away from the towns of the Cinque Terre since they were so crowded and go back each afternoon to peaceful Levanto.

Nice and comfortable hotel, close to the city center and also the train station. It was a great base for visiting Cinque Terre and Portofino. Also the staff provided all the information regarding the trains and visiting Cinque Terre from the beginning. They ofer parking which was a big plus for us.

It was a little hard to find. Getting into the driveway for the parking a little challenging

We chose this hotel because we had a car and wanted to do Cinq Terre. It was close to the train station and in a village. Walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants. A very safe area. All the staff were excellent. 8 euro for breakfast was well worth it. Rooms a were comfy and free Netflix which is great when you are an Australian in Italy who doesn’t speak the language. Would stay here again. Parking under the hotel is secure and there is a lift.
