WiFi-signal is not stable. No kettle in the room

Very friendly staff and helping us to store our luggage prior to check-in and post check-out. Very good breakfast. A good hotel for one-night stay.

The hotel was tired looking, big furniture but looking a bit worn. Breakfast was just okay. Location didn’t have many restaurants around.

The air-condition was weak and therefore it was hot in the room for sleeping.

The hotel was once quite grand but now we'll past it's best. The tree lined Avenue has a derelict building on one side and a football pitch in the other. It would appear to cater for religious groups. You could not sit on the toilet without your knees and head touching the shower cubicle.

The staff was very polite. The hotel has a free car parking. It is located 7 minutes driving from Orvieto center. The hotel is old, but clean and well-groomed. Everything was fine, as expected.

Shower is small size and AC is not working properly just normal noisy fan work

View from window is really good. Room size pretty good, parking facility also good and breakfast also for value for money. Nice and clean room and bedsheets. They also provided extra pillow and duvet.

The room was not very soundproof so could hear TV and muffled conversation from adjacent room.

Conveniently situated to historical centre. Being winter, I cannot really comment on the ambience of the hotel. We were out all day so it served our needs.

Air conditioning was turned off, this seems to be a common occurrence in Italy, the dispite the temperature, the A/C is turned off at this time of year.

Nice country setting, the hotel had a lot of charm and checkin and checkout very efficient.

Location.

The hotel was out of central ovieto and only transport was a bus as only 4 taxis in town. Staff were very helpful. The hotel is suited to group bookings rather than a solo traveller's. Breakfast was good.

Air conditioner could not be adjusted neither from the room or from the reception, hence the room was hot during the night.

The noise. Walls are thin. Doors and windows are not soundproof. We were put in a hallway with a soccer camp group of young kids who were loud. We asked to change our room and were told that it wasn't possible. The bathroom shower stall door was broken. The whole shower needs to be ripped out...actually the entire facility minus what I mentioned above needs to be renovated. Unattractive on the exterior building as well. It has potential in its location and lovely entrance driveway, but...the property is so run down. WiFi terrible. You cannot rely on it. Kept kicking us off.

We liked having a quadruple room with 3 different beds and they were comfortable. Our room had a gorgeous view of Orvieto! Breakfast was very good. The outdoor space, lobby, and staircase are very nice. The property is an easy 5 minute drive to the Campo di Fieri parking deck for easy access to Orvieto. Plenty of parking. Good recommendations from the woman at the desk

The hotel was quite isolated. Rooms were small and slightly uncomfortable. I couldn't get the A/C to work, so I had to sleep with the window open. Overall, everything had an outdated finish.

The Hotel had a great breakfast buffet. The staff was cortous and helpful. Great parking availability next to the hotel. Hotel is in a pretty but isolated area.
