Old building with thick walls and a high ceiling. Our room was right near the dining area, but we did not hear a thing due to the wall's thickness. Spacious room and the bathroom. It was hot outside, so the room was being cooled by AC and a fan. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. Also, the hotel is located near the train station, which was really good since we arrived during a rainstorm and were able to reach the hotel quickly without umbrellas.

The hotel's staff was very helpful. And the close location to the train station as well as walking distance to the main sites made it very convenient. The breakfast was nice and they even packed us one when we left before the time in the morning. The room was fine and the bed like most in Italy- hard but good.

It is quite a way from the old town and there are no eateries in the area except the overpriced very average places in the train station. There are some excellent affordable restaurants in the old town.

The room was excellent and the staff were very good. It is quite close to the main train station. The bus station is also close by.

it was advertised that there were stairs, but too many for my health. on arrival the receptionist assisted my wife with the luggage and on check out we were shown an alternative exit which had a lift. the air conditioning was too strong and the room is dark.

some of the staff were a little intimidating, all cleaning staff were lovely but some reception and one breakfast room lady weren't helpful or friendly. We upgraded to a superior room and were disappointed as the room was really small (big bathroom apparently made it superior) with very little natural light.

‘Upgraded’ to an apartment - it was lovely to have the extra space however it was a bit dated plus the toilet didn’t flush properly and there were electrics hanging off the wall near the door. Breakfast was continental and offered a choice.

Our room smelled of cigarette. We really did not expect that. The rest of the building smelled of a very heavy room deodorant.

The location was perfect for us, right next to the train station. The lady at the reception was nice and helpful.

Although there is only one floor above, there were no lifts/elevators. So anyone with an injury or disability would find it difficult to reach their rooms on the first floor. The breakfast spread was mediocre.

The banquet hall was big and beautiful.

There is no elevator, but it's not such a big problem. Just go up one floor.

The staff was kind. The room was clean, big and it was located on two levels, very interesting. I was able to leave my luggage both upon departure and upon arrival. The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the train station. You can easily reach the port.
