Nothing, everything was great.

We stayed for three nights, our room was spotless, very comfortable and quiet. The location is close to all of the major attractions and the views from the rooftop are fantastic. Breakfast is very good. With all this being said I can't say enough nice things about Gianluca and all the hosts. From the time we got there, they let us check in early and stored our luggage so we could explore the area. When we had had to leave, we had an issue with our train ticket, they called the station and let us use their computer to get it all sorted out. Don't hesitate to stay here, you'll be glad you did.

We arrived a little early after a 24 hour flight. Gianluca kindly went out of his way to get our room ready so we could get a shower and have a much needed rest. He made us feel very welcome and his suggestion (along with a voucher) for breakfast the following morning was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect for what we wanted to see in the short time we were in Rome. A pity we only had one night there.

Great location. Roman forum entrance 3 minute walk. Sitting on rooftop terrace in the evening was enchanting. Breakfast at the restaurant provided by the hotel was excellent.

The location is amazing, right in the forum. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and give you really good recommendations. It’s really good value for money and the rooms are lovely! Cant recommend enough!

Excellent accommodation in an excellent location. Near main attractions like the Coleseum, Trevi Foundation. Plenty of restaurants around, laundromat, grocery store. Staff were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much to ask. Would definately stay again.

Not much of view from our room but that wasn’t a big issue since we were out so much plus you have a nice rooftop terrace you can bring drinks up to and enjoy the views.

Location of this property was great, walking distance to most major sights especially the Coliseum. Rooftop terrace was a nice feature with fantastic views of the city. Close to many good restaurants.

Only one small tiny issue that is overridden by the excellent overall stay anyway was the shower didn’t drain properly. No big deal we still left with a smile

Amazing hotel, in a really fantastic spot. Easy walk to Forum, Colosseum, centre of Rome and even walked to Vatican. Elevator to get up to the 4th floor and an amazing roof top which will make anyone jealous. Our host was really helpful helping us point out the restaurants and shops as well as organising a transfer to the airport. We honestly just stuck with the partner restaurant, the food was great and top level service. Glad I could pick from a full international menu for the breakfast. The room was quite spacious, had a cupboard full of hangers of various types, all the towels you would need.

Very difficult try to call a taxie in Rome. Train stations and airports have lots of taxies. Allow plenty of time for Street Taxi Stations we waited an hour for our turn in line.

The breakfast at a nearby restaurant was terrific. A very short walk and the restaurant staff were all wonderful.

We really enjoyed how close to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain you’re able to walk to both. Plenty of restaurants in the area walking distance.
