Gorgeous flat, this is one of my favourite stays in Italy, the check-in was easy and the host communicated timely and was a great help. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was modern. I would 100% want to stay here again.

Even though the heat was on for 1h in the evening, it was not enough. In the night was cold even if there were 6-8 degrees outside. Luckily we had thick blankets and we slept very well, but when we got off the bed in the morning it was cold. You should do something about this.

The property is close to the railway station, 6-8 min by foot. We used it only for transit because we left Verona every day to visit other cities. So this is a plus. The room is exactly like in the photos, it was clean, although, the walls could be refreshed from time to time. The bed was comfortable, we had everything we need.

Propert was modern spacious and very clean on arrival. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and equipped with aircon and private bathroom. A stones throw away from the arena (20 min walk)

Unfortunately, the wall with the apartment next door was very thin and you could hear every noise, but it didn't bother us.

The apartment was really nice, in a good location close to the station and the historic city center. Well appointed with everything you need.

The room was little colder than my liking. Owner tald me that in Verona there was a local law for temperature inside the building. the limitation was 19° but in my room I had a 21 C°.

It was clean and comfortable. There was everything even cofee machine and good cofee. Room was excellent for short stay. Area was calm, 10-15 minutes walking distance from Arena da flic bus station.

Nice room, close to the train station. Even though it's outside of the centre of Verona it's only a 10minute walk away, so not a bad location at all for the price.

The location is near to train station and walking distance to the sites. When you exit the Verona Porta Nuovo, dont walk to the square, turn right and follow the road, you will cross one kebab restaurant and 2 petrol station, cross the road on the same lane, its the 6th or 7th apartment, no.10 is written on the building. I feel very safe in the area, and the owner will message you to guide you before your arrival! I will definitely stay here again!! Very comfy and near to the interesting spots to visit.

I did have trouble finding the location because I arrived at night and everything was dark. I couldn’t see the 10 on the building. I kept circling the area until I was able to get in touch with the staff. They were able to help guide me over the phone to get into the building.

I was expecting a single room, but when I arrived I had an entire apartment to myself. I booked the room as I had just landed at the Venice airport, so I may have not really looked at the complete description of the place. It was very nice and spacious for just me. It was a quiet gated area. I really did get more than I had expected for my money.

We struggled a bit to enter because we didn't receive check-in informations beforehands. Also we could hear quite well people from the other room because only a single door separates us.

The air conditioning was very noisy, which dramatically affected my sleep, obviously needs repairing or replacing, small kettle is old and not very clean, lots of scale in it, a kettle isn't expensive to replace and should be done regularly, the fridge was small and hopeless, as didnt get very cold. The TV is totally in the wrong place, at the side of the bed, just put it on the wall facing the bed.

Good location, very good for access to the train station, just under 10 minutes walk to both train and bus stations. Centre can be walked to in around 15 minutes, room size was ok for one person, I wouldn't recommend it for 2 people, much to small, however if your on a tight budget it could work for you, the photos showing on here for the standard double room, is not a true representation of the actual room, it would appear the photos showing for the standard double room, are of the apartment, and that's a misrepresentation, and not fair, it's deceiving !

It was very cold. The heating wasn’t working properly.

The apartment was clean and the rooms were big. The location was perfect. The apartment is very close to the train station.
