The location is not as expected. Outside Rome, 1.7km walk from a bus stop. The area looks abandoned and not take care of.

The location is quite secluded, taxi service was very expensive. Ordered food instead of popping to supermarket or restaurant as yet again was very difficult to navigate. The hotel has restaurant but kids were hungry way before that, so had to find alternatives.

It was convenient. There was a swimming pool and staff were helpful and pleasant.

Only three things I can criticize which were very small shower and the second bed (for my daughter) was uncomfortable because it was a sofa bed. The location of the hotel was far from the city centre and the access of the train station was not good. For this reason, I rented a car for easy transportation after the first train trip.

Overall, the hotel was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well. Breakfast was good. Quite and beautiful place in the nature.

The location a bit remote from the city center, but convenient if you come with your car. The room itself could use a bit love and maintenance, plastic shower curtains are not a hotel standard for a long time.

The location is bad. Hard to get to Rome. Long distance even with the train. The train works until 22:00. No train on Sunday.

Restricted access to hotel if you are getting there by train. We had to walk around for 15 minutes to find a tiny printout pointing to a narrow path through open field. Signposts should have been bigger and better. Restaurant closes early, expected longer opening hours from a 4-star hotel.

Room and facilities are great. Room is spacious and clean. Friendly staff.

Plastic prefabricated shower bath is very dated and difficult to climb into. The location is odd. Basically in semi deserted and run down business estate. Building next door looks like a scene from The Walking Dead. Road into hotel full of huge pot holes.

I have already reviewed earlier as I also booked another night after returning from another location. All in all it was a bit of a disappointment. The location is very bad and it was not a very clean or comfortable room.

The swimming pool and the lobby and the staff were kind.

The room itself was very smelly, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress were both filthy and made me feel sick. There was only a very light and small sheet to cover these mattresses which kept rolling off in the middle of the night. The bathroom wasn't very clean. Everything had grime and dirt on it and it was all outdated and there was also a nasty smell in the bathroom. The only nice thing in there was the rituals shampoo and shower gel! 🤣

The location was remote and the walkway to the hotel from the road was dark. Hotel is only accessible by car. Limited dinner menu for a week stay on work.

Nasty. This hotel is run down, old, cramped rooms, noisy and it took staff over 30 minutes to bring a cot to the room when checking in at midnight (30 mins is a long time for a baby that needs to go to bed). Stay elsewhere unless you get in late and will leave early in the morning and you need a place close to the highway.

The only reason to stay here is if you're driving through late at night with small children and there's no where else to stay :D
