Sharing with another couple who checked in the second night and were very noisy when they returned late in the evening.

Vincenzo, who spoke good English, was very welcoming and helpful and provided a good breakfast. The aircon was very efficient, which was particularly welcome as it was very hot outside. It was very useful having a kitchen with good tea and coffee and water provided. There was even a delicious chocolate cake baked by his aunt. It was within easy walking distance to the Duomo and the other sights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at NovantaNove B&B! The room was beautiful—spotlessly clean, stylish, and very functional. The location was excellent: just a short walk from the historic center, yet with free parking spots available at a close distance, which is a huge plus if you’re traveling by car. The shared space and kitchen were very convenient — it was great to be able to make a coffee or warm up some food after coming back from a day out. The breakfast was wonderful, and the pastries were absolutely delicious! Our host, Vincenzo, was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. His local recommendations really enriched our holiday experience. We truly hope to come back again someday—highly recommended!

Host Vincenzo was very kind and amazing. The B&B was very comfortable and well structured. Great breakfast on site with local home made desserts by Vincenzo’s family. Neighbourhood was modern and a very short walk to the historic city center and sights. Lots of options to dine in or take away with a small grocery store a few blocks away. We hope to visit again as soon as possible!

It was really nice to have a lounge area and a kitchen area that we could use whenever we wanted. It was very enjoyable to read my book, seated on the sunny balcony when i wasnt strolling around the city. Perfectly located just minutes to the main central area! The host was very accommodating and genuine and let us use his own parking space as it wasn't being used at that moment. And the cakes were delicious!

For once. Nothing we did not like.

From the moment we walked through the door, Vincenzo made us feel so welcome and could not do enough to make our stay a wonderful one. Such as, asking what we would prefer for breakfast so there is very little food waste. The main communal area is great, so you don't feel you have to hide away in your room, but that was also of reasonable size had we chosen to do so. You can get to everything extremely quickly on foot and wifi was great, so I could do a bit of work.

Very large share space in the apartment was the most spacious on our travels, and we were the only guests at the time so felt like having an entire house. Breakfast cake was fabulous, Vincenzo was a great host.

Really close to the old town. It was really clean & modern. Lots of space. The homemade cakes that were made available were amazing! I was also allowed to use the garage for my car which was really helpful! I shared the b&b for one night with another couple but I only met them in the morning for breakfast, room was still very private with large en suite

The bnb was very accessible to the city and it was very clean and quiet. We loved the space, and the communal area was very inviting. The highlight was Vincenzo. He was very kind and provided a delicious breakfast and lots of information on the surrounding area. We loved the homemade cakes. Vincenzo also collected us from the train. He really went above and beyond and was an exceptional host.

The location of the apartment is very central , shopping options around and short walk (10min) to oldtownn. The room was compfy and clean . The breakfast was yummy, homemade cakes to fried veggies, it was all fresh and nice. Our host Vincenzo was very friendly and gave us lots of tips like where to eat , which beach to go etc. :)

Everything is amazing. One of the best places we have ever stayed at. Vincenzo is the best host in the world…he has a very big heart and he is so generous with his time. He produced a 5 star Pescatarian breakfast for us. Nothing is too much trouble.
