Reviews of Nova Luxe

We were greeted promptly at check-in. The room was clean and convenient to Termini station, shops, and restaurants. There is water, tea, and coffee in the room, along with a Smart TV and split system climate control. On the last day of our visit, the hotel kindly held our bags for us after check-out until our train departed in the afternoon.

Very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. It's only a 10 minute walk to Termini train station which was excellent and only a 30 minute walk to the main attractions like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon.

It is in a bit of a rougher area of Rome, we had no issued but worth mentioning for those with young families.

Very nice and comfortable room. Clean and tidy with comfy bed and modern minimal bathroom. Customer service and tips by Angelo were great!

Location is convenient but a bit scary at night

The room was very clean. It was close to Termini Station and there was a Korean supermarket right in front, which was great.

The staff is helper. The room is clean and tidy.

Customer service was amazing and attentive. Room and spaces very clean and even the enter is amazing. Location is very closely from termini Roma and a few blocks of termini roma station metro or Emmanuelle. Line Orange Where you just need jump with a ticket one way 4€ or better option 8€ for 24 hrs. A few stops you will find the vaticano or Trevi Fountain.

The room was a little small but the same as the description on the booking details and pics. Just two things bathroom was very clean but need more cleaning at the showers border on the floor. But I gave 10/10 because everything was clean.

Great communication with staff- super helpful and friendly, sent restaurant recommendations, flexible with dropping off luggage early, great a/c, slippers provided, complimentary water and coffee pods, 5 min walk to train station for our early morning Leonardo express train to airport. Really quiet while we were there. Felt new and updated- super clean. Also found a really great gelato place nearby- we went both days!

Tiny elevator which accommodates 1 person plus 2 suitcases only although the hotel is 1 flight up. The general area around the train station can be a little sketchy at night- but just avoid the unlit areas. Overall the convenience and not needing to use a taxi for a 2 night stay was worth the location.

Our experience at Nova Luxe was excellent. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly kind—they allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time without any issues. They were also always available via WhatsApp, providing clear directions to help us find the place easily. The location is very central, just a few minutes from Termini Station, making it easy to get around Rome by metro, tram, or bus. Check-out was quick and hassle-free. A comfortable and seamless stay!

The air conditioning could be improved to make the stay even more comfortable.

Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean, tidy, new and highly recommended. Extremely close to the main train station. Accommodation in a nice street where we felt safe. We received recommendations for restaurants, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Overall a great recommendation and we will definitely come back because we have not found such a nice and tidy accommodation in Italy so far.

The room was very nice, updated/modern and clean; the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. Incredibly soundproofing- very quiet at night.

Property was not what I expected when we got to the location it was an apartment/condo turned boutique hotel. Mattresses were some of the hardest I’ve ever felt, which was not the most comfortable.
