    Breakfast fantastic!

The matress was thin and the bed was noisy. The pillows a bit hard.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was basic but good. The location was very convenient with Termini station just blocks away and plenty of food options close by. The room was very clean and had coffee in it. I feel it was great value for my money

    Nothing to complain about.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. They shared great local tips on what to see and what to be aware of, which really helped us make the most of our stay. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable exactly what we needed after a full day of sightseeing. The location was fantastic right in the city centre and close to all the main attractions. The nearby Metro made getting around Rome really convenient. Travelling to and from Fiumicino Airport was also straightforward. Even after check-out, the staff kindly stored our luggage, allowing us to enjoy our final hours in the city stress-free. Their hospitality truly made our experience special.

Nice location, friendly staff, clean room, good cleaning.

Too noise at night. There’s a bar on the same building where they have a disco by 3 am. The sound is loud and could be a problem.

The staff is super friendly and cooperative. I loved the breakfast, I highly recommend it. The location is great, central and near a metro stop. I didn't hear any noise at night.

The room is very small, and it's sold as a triple. We were 2 people and it was pretty small for us. I have no idea how 3 people can comfortably stay in there. The third bed is unnecessary, in my opinion. The shower is one of the smallest I've used in my life. I'm average, it was hard for me to use it. If you have a big body, you won't fit in there. The sink is also too small.

Breakfast was really good and the location couldn’t be beat. Convenient to walk any places or to use the subway

We had a couple of cockroaches the first night we arrived. We told the staff and they took care of it right away, but it was disappointing to see that.

Clean room with aircon and breakfast included. Staff is exceptionally nice! The shower was a little small for the fancy shower head in there, but the water pressure was good. Great location in terms of on the metro A line and close to Roma Termini. Unfortunately, farther than I thought from a lot of the “main sights” which can be a pretty long walk or needing to catch a bus.

Location is the USP of this property. Walking distance from Termini and Repubblica Metro Lines and Various buses including the direct bus line H to Trastevere. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Major attractions are also walkable from this hotel. Staff are extremely freindly and guided us with many recommendations. Overall 4 stars out of 5.

Although the breakfast spread is really good, we wish more options like omelets, bacon and sausages could have been provided. Sometimes, especially at late night there was a lot of noise coming from the nearby pub.

Location was located near train station, metro and bus Stop. Many attractions are within walking distance. Good breakfast and very clean place. All the staffs were very professional, polite and always ready to help. Check-in was fantastic. Max explained throughly about attractions to visit with a map, way and transportation mode to use for all the attractions. He also informed us about potential pick pocketing while travelling by bus and metro.

The standing shower space was little small but not a big issue as we were able to adjust with it while taking a shower.

To begin with, the great experience started form the day of booking, when the hotel confirmed immediatelly that they will provide 1 crib and they can also adjust the single bed to be next to the double bed (you i had twins with me). They were very polite all the time, they changed towels daily and the room was very clean and it was cleaned daily. Elevator was sufficient (1 baby stroller can fit easily), the breakfast was nice and the location was also excellent (we walked everywhere). People in this B&B were always eager to assist whatever the question/requirement from us. What we appreciated also very much is when we asked if they have baby chairs for their meals. They provided 1 chair, because they did no have another one. Nevertheless, the next days they bought 2 new baby chairs and they brought them for our children to be more comfortable, priceless behavior.
