Only a minor point but it was difficult to keep the water inside the bath as there was no shower screen or curtain.

The balcony was a lovely bonus. The hotel was down a quiet side street so not noisy at night. The staff were very friendly at check in. Comfy bed, very clean. Close to train station.

The breakfast was ok but quite basic and not a wide selection. The elevator could be heard during the night/early morning especially when it arrived on our floor as the room was close to it. Also in general people walking by.

Rusty bathroom equipment. Reservation "incident" - we got keys for room which was already occupied, unpleasant surprise. Payment from booking.com was not received, double payment in reception. Crazy morning 5:xx wake up (sunday) from crushing glass trash collecting on street. Bathroom towel dryer not working.

Breakfast - good options and choices. Near train station. Bath in room. Funny small TV (not tested). Easy access in/out 24H.

Breakfast looked plentiful but the quality let it down. The coffee was awful. The TV screen size was extremely small and position made it hard to watch. There was a bath with a hand shower to use but no shower curtain.You had to stand very still as to not wet the floor and then hurdle out of the tub onto the wet floor.

Location to main train station, buses and metro. The Chinese restaurant opposite was very nice.

It would have been a bonus if there was a kettle in the room so that you could have a cup of tea/coffee in the room.

The property was really clean and perfectly located. About a 5 minute walk to the Termini. Breakfast was basic but a good selection to get you started for the day. The staff were excellent - extremely friendly and helpful.

It would be nice to have the kettle in the room for some quick-fix coffee in the morning and tea before bed.

The location is excellent, and the staff are really lovely. Room was cleaned every day, supplied with fresh towels, heating was on, which I was worried about because our trip was in January. It was warm, quiet, and clean. Perfect for what we needed. Thumbs up. 👍

Having one-night stay at this hotel, it completely met my expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It offers great value for the money, with a perfect location just a short walk from Roma Termini station. Being so close to the station made it incredibly convenient for getting around the city and exploring major attractions. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short stay at an affordable price!

We received a message from Raeli hotel (in Italian) with somewhat minimal notice saying our rooms are not available, however they did organise us a room at their sister hotel (Siracusa hotel) without having to ask. Siracusa was lovely and not far away from Raeli so we had no complaints. Staff at Raeli were pleasant and apologetic. My review is based on our experience with Raeli, although not a lot of time was spent with them.
