No fan or AC in the bedroom. A standing fan in the bedroom would have ticked all the boxes.

The flat was excellent—clean, modern, and very practical. Clear instructions for using the equipment were provided before arrival. It’s set in one of the most beautiful squares in Perugia, surrounded by plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops. The location is also very convenient, with the mini metro and taxi stands just a short walk away. Highly recommended

The house is extremely beautiful, and location is fantastic. It is highly recommended for anyone visiting Perugia. The host has been very useful in suggesting appropriate parking options. We will go back if in Perugia again.

A very modern apartment with a most unusual access. You enter at ground level from the busy centre square/piazza, climb a flight of stairs, walk along a corridor to an adjoining building, walk down a flight of stairs, and you find yourself on the 2nd floor of a residential apartment. The apartment was very large with all modern facilities. The host sent us videos on how everything worked which was excellent. Keyless entry with good security was great as was the washing machine. It was so close to the hub of Perugia yet very quiet. Directly outside in the square you have a wide range of eateries and shops We would stay here again

Cannot fault this apartment. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and considered stealing the pillow it was so good. Good wardrobe space and apartment was modern and tastefully decorated. It is in the centre of the historical city and close to the escalators and minimetro which made reaching the apartment very easy. Large shower and benefit of a second half bath. Host left some Baci chocolates as a welcome.

It was like a home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. 2 toilets was a bonus and shower was big and lovely. Coffee,tea and chocolate! Washing machine was easy to use. Host was amazing. Great communicator.

Nothing, everything was great.

The property is meticulous, from the cleanliness of the apartment to the accommodations. The pictures are exactly what you would expect. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen adequately stocked to allow for eating in from time to time. The apartment is cleaned every 4 or 5 days. We stayed for 2 weeks in the 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment for the second time in two years. The apartment is perfectly situated in the centro storico of Perugia, surrounded by shops, museums, restaurants and cafes. Train, bus and taxi are easily accessible by a short walk. The host is most accommodating and assists with questions or making arrangements (my Italian is very limited). It feels like coming home!

What a beautiful apartment. It was just so fresh and well appointed - from the kitchen to the bathrooms; just lovely. The bed was amazing. I cannot speak more highly of this apartment and host. It is situated in the historical centre, so my taxi dropped me at the top of the street and it was a short walk. By accident I'd booked during a Jazz/Wine festival and Perugia was buzzing. It was a lucky break for me that is for sure. But I loved sitting at the restaurants across from the apartment building and watching the passeggiata more than anything. The apartment is very well situated in the historical centre. I'd happily stay again.
