We didn't experience anything negative

The view from 29th floor was awesome :). The family room was larger than expected, everything was clean, breakfast buffet with good variety, also offering regional cakes. We would definitely come back and choose this hotel again.

The shower head in our room kept falling out of its holder.

We stayed on the 30th floor which had incredible views out across the sea and city. The room itself was clean, comfortable and very spacious with a desk space, armchair and small table, huge bathroom with shower and bath, comfortable beds, fridge, kettle, and good storage space/wardrobes. Location wise the hotel is located within walking distance of many tourist spots and is otherwise very close to the train station. The hotel staff were very helpful and they take your bags up to your room for you.

Loud cleaning during the day in the lobby - was short but slightly uncomfortable.

I was extremely happy to see that the entire staff, from reception to bar tenders, and cleaning team were very kind and professional.

Walls are paper thin and neighbours television was blaring loud music at 6am on a sunday morning. They left at 7 and then the cleaners moved in making a racket and proceeded to vacuum in the corridor outside our room too.

We changed to this Hotel from another just before commencing our trip. Felt that it was expensive. Also the price difference between the standard sea facing rooms & the next level room was very little but the room sizes were significant. A free upgrade while checking in would have hit the right spot but did not happen.

The Location. Proximity to Good restaurants & the Ferry Dock. Excellent Staff who are very helpful. Superb Manager Ms Anna Paula who is unbelievably attentive & efficient & contributed to our experience being even better.

Coffee making in room is with 'sachets' and not 'pods'. Also hotel could use top floor for restaurant or bar given the views it enjoys

I found it difficult when booking to find a room that suited my family, two grown ups, one 5 year old and one 1 year old. This was the only room type that I saw that could facilitate us all, but this room is very spacious and very expensive. I would think that the hotel offers another room that is less expensive and less spacious, but that can still facilitate a family like mine in a good way (double bed and a sofa bed in one room).

The stay was really enjoyable. It was my husbands birthday and the team had a cake in our room when we arrived back from our day out. The team took note of this when we checked in when we gave our passports. Such a nice touch! Extremely comfortable beds. Excellent location. We would definetly stay here again.

The room and the bathroom are quite small. There are no closets and the close reck was not enough for us.

Excellent location! Hotel is located in the city center, close to all main attractions. The view from the room is fantastic! The room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfy. The breakfast was good.
