it is always better to enter the easy or front door when arriving from the airport.

the place is so secure and it was clean at the back door there is a church, it is so near St.Peter's Square and near to all important errands, souvenir stores, restaurants, bus stations, we just love it!!! We will recommend it to our friends from U.S.A, Canada and Philippines.

The host communicated very well with us. And she had many suggestions for local places to eat, and any problem that came up, even one that was not associated with the stay at all. She was quick to offer a solution. I got the feeling that she genuinely cared about my enjoyment, as well as staying safe in the city

There is no lift and the staircase is quite high. The breakfast is limited ie. orange juice, long life milk, cereal, packaged croissant, packaged dry bread and sweet buns. We have to share with other guests in the kitchen. Once we woke up late there was not much food left for us. However the host kindly put separate food for us in our bedroom for the next day. The bed is very soft and sinking.

Great location it’s close to everything ie train station, shops, supermarkets as well as the entrance to the Basilica of St Peter. The place is nice and clean. The host is very friendly and helpful. They also let us to store our luggage after check out time.

Had an amazing experience with our host! She went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere, even showing train timetables and ensuring the kids felt right at home. The host unfortunately does not inform that the room is located in the basement. no view, high humidity and walls through which everything can be heard. A toaster for the offered toasted bread would be useful in the kitchen. There is everything in the kitchen but with a little effort it would be great if there was fresh bread and a few eggs (to prepare yourself) for breakfast in the morning.

Simonetta was amazing. We only booked her place because I messed up our reservations at another place, but it was such a lucky accident. Next Stop St.Peter is literally right by the Vatican but in a non-touristy area where you are submerged with locals and their haunts. Simonetta came from across town to let us in, gave us some of the best advise and even made our dinner booking. I would highly recommend staying at her place!

Great hotel and fab location. Let us check in early as we arrived early in the morning (with children). Very accommodating. Lovely room, clean and comfortable! Very well informed right up to check in. Very friendly. Access to kitchen for tea/coffee/water, etc, and to make breakfast. Would recommend and stay again if we visit Rome again!
