A truly fantastic apartment located in short distance to the exciting streets full of life, restaurants and cafes. The landlord, Nicola, met us at the agreed time in front of the apartment. We were greeted with great kindness and were introduced to the apartment. The apartment is a mix of old Italian style and modern art and furnishings. There is no doubt that great passion and a lot of love has been put into creating such a fantastic apartment. Every detail has been thought of, and both us adults and our teenage boys absolutely loved the style. Thank you so much Nicola for your kindness, good service and recommendations....and not least for the passion you have put into the apartment to create the best settings and a thoroughly complete experience for your guests. If we come back to Milan, this will undoubtedly be our first priority to stay.

Can't think of a thing.

My wife and I travel a lot and we've never met anyone quite like our host in Milan, Nicola. He was so kind and so helpful we couldn't have been more pleased. He had excellent recommendations for places to go as well as restaurants/bars/cafes to try. He never steered us wrong. His large apartment, moreover, is simply amazing. Nicola has a very funky decorating sense. The attention to detail is remarkable. Truly inspired. We can't recommend this place enough. Oh yes, and it's ideally located near the Metro and the Duomo and the very busy and historic Navigli district where you'll find literally dozens of bars and restaurants. If you ever have occasion to visit Milan stay at Ticinese 66. You won't regret it.

There’s nothing I didn’t love about this place & my stay!!

What an incredibly fun stay @ such a unique apartment- the location was perfect for dining, shopping & transportation. I was immediately taken aback by the kindness of Nicola, who was ready & waiting for our arrival! He took up our luggage, showed us all the amenities & how to use them. Has 3 new a/c units, 3 skylights, washer & eclectic decor -he even had extra plug converters & the kitchen had so many complimentary yummy goodies! Nicola was SO helpful & attentive -even helped coordinating taxi’s. He truly has a servants heart & thought of everything to make our stay absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

The service we received from Nicola was outstanding. From prior to our stay to the morning of departure Nicola was on hand to cater for our every need. The apartment is too wonderful to describe. Go and see for yourself. Much love ❤️ and attention has been employed to create a beautiful, cosy and authentic space which feels immediately like home when you enter. Generosity has not been spared with complementary drinks, snacks, fruit, teas of every variety. It is very well equipped and perfectly located for central areas of Milan. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Beautifully set out with ever convenience possible by Nicola the owner who was previously a fashion and interior designer. Paintings , art everywhere . He stocked up the place with drinks juices chocolates everything you might need and we could use it all.

Firstly wow! This accommodation is stunning and the pictures just don’t do it justice! Every part of it and its design has been carefully put together with thought into every detail! The beds were the most comfortable I have ever stayed in, in any country! The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to stay in and there is a lovely little Italian just down the road to the left if anyone’s loves pizza ☺️plus Nicola left supplies meaning we didn’t have to think about anything! It was my daughter’s 18th birthday surprise and Nicola went above and beyond to make it special getting her a cake and helping me work out what was the best thing to do and where to go! If I could take this accommodation around the world with me I would, and if I ever go back to Milan I wouldn’t think twice about where to stay! ❤️

The property was amazing Home from home ! So aesthetically pleasing .so much love and effort in the decor . Nicola attention to detail is amazing . Fresh fruit bowl on arrival . Prior to my booking I told Nicola I was celebrating my birthday he even bought me a cake and candles which also tasted amazing . He is so friendly and welcoming . No problem is too big or too small . Would defiantly stay again I’m so happy I found this hidden gem !! Milan was amazing but my air b n b made my trip extra special

This flat has the perfect location between duomo, naviglio grande and via savona. the apartment is supercosy, nice beds, so many amenities offered by incredible attentive host Nicola! Highly recommended! Hope to be back with my family soon!

If you are traveling to Milan, do yourself a favor and stay in this apartment hosted by Nicola. This place is extremely charming and clean. It has to be the most unique and wonderful AirBnb I have ever stayed in. The host, Nicola, is exceptional. He met us at the apartment to give us the keys and give us a tour of the apartment to explain how all of the appliances (washing machine, heating, air conditioning, stove, oven, dishwasher, etc.) function. Everything functioned as advertised; nothing was broken. We were traveling for my birthday and Nicola even brought me a cake! He took the time to visit a few bakeries and send pictures to my husband so that he could choose the cake for me and surprise me. Nicola also provided several dining and entertainment recommendations (much more than we could accomplish in our four day stay), and each place he recommended was amazing. The apartment is located right in the middle of a busy restaurant/shopping street. There are plenty of cafes for coffee/breakfast in the morning. You will also only be about a 5 minute walk from the canals with many many bars and restaurants (most of the bars and restaurants do happy hours, or apertivos). There are two tram stops and two subway stations within 5 minutes of the apartment as well. This apartment was 5/5 stars for us! We look forward to coming back

Everything was excellent.

Our stay in Milan was exceptional. Nicola’s apartment l was so comfortable; an oasis behind the busy eclectic vibe of the area. It’s an easy walk to the Duomo and a few minutes to cool Navigli. We had a car and there was a parking station within minutes plus a supermarket at door. Nicola was the prefect host, with incredible design taste! It was so great to be in an apartment/home, rather than a hotel during our time in Milan. Our young adult daughters loved the cool vibe of the space.

Nicola goes above and beyond as a host. Beforehand he sent me a perfect list of various places for Aperitivo and Dinner and for walking around. He answered all my questions right away and with great friendliness. The apartment is eclectic elegance. You can spend the first ten minutes just enjoying walking around looking at all the art and interior design and lighting. Nicola has everything you need to cook in the kitchen and is very magnanimous in offering fruit and water and chips and biscuits ready for you i the apartment. It’s a warm and cozy space to spend time in Ilan, in a vibrant good vibe part of the city full of Caffe’s and restaurants.

Absolutely nothing… !!!

Absolutely everything!!! EXCEPTIONAL from booking to departure…. This property exceeded all expectations. Nicola our host was beyond belief, his communication on point, his advice on where to go and what to do ensured a perfect stay. The apartment lived up to an inner city (15 minute walk to the Duomo) apartment… cool and chic accommodation, clean and well appointed with everything we needed to kick start our stay… Nicola’s attention to detail was unprecedented from the design elements of the apartment to the chocolates discretely located throughout (including the bathrooms)…. Nicola was the PERFECT host!!!! Loved, loved loved our stay here!!!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! The decor is unique and it is clear that Nicola has put his heart and soul into creating a fabulous comfortable space for guests. The small touches of a fresh fruit platter, drinks in the fridge, tea and coffee, bath robes, even shaving foam and toiletries in the bathrooms were amazing! Nicola met us at the property and showed us around. It was so clean, warm and inviting and truly felt like our home for the few day we were there. Milan was fabulous and we loved exploring from our perfect location between Navigli and Duomo but we all looked forward to getting back to this cosy apartment at night. Nicola contacted me within 24 hours of booking and provided priceless advice about the area and things to do. Such a personal touch that I have never experienced in a city break before ☺️

Everything was perfect :)

Absolutely fabulous apartment! I was looking for a place to spend my wife’s 50th birthday with my family in Milan. When she saw this property, she said to me “it must be this place”. The space is well thought out and well balanced with colour palette, Italian design and stylish decor. You feel amazing there! Our host Nicola welcomed us in person which was lovely. He organised everything-snacks, ground coffee, platter with fruits and nicely folded robes. The biggest surprise was birthday cake and Prosecco for my wife! She was pleasantly surprised :) There was nothing missing there except matches to light a b-day candle ;) What a place and most importantly…what a host!!!
