Heard knocking from next door

We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The pool was wonderfully cool. The location was just outside the main town right by the lake which was beautiful. Amazing location for a base camp to explore lake Garda

I find the location excellent: lake Garda, with a suitable spot for swimming, is just some 30m from the hotel. And if you prefer the pool area, I think it's quite reasonable, both for swimming and sun bathing. The town centrum is some 500m from the hotel, or little more if you take the very nice by-the-lake pathway. Nearby towns Garda, Cisano and Lazise are all within walking distance, Garda about 3km and Lazise about 5km. The breakfast is one of the best I have experienced outside Scandinavia.

Minor observation. The bedroom layout could be better given the generous space. No chair or suitcase storage. Wardrobe access too close to bed and not easy to stand in front of to hang clothes or access the safe.

Good location and condition. Staff friendly and very helpful. Good for a small group on holiday together ( 8 people). Pool area on the small side given number of residents.

Room was small and bathroom very small. We had a lake view but sadly the window wasn’t large and was in the corner of the room so a bit disappointing. Had hoped for a balcony and more space for the price we paid. Checked in wasn’t great- efficient but not friendly although after this the staff were very helpful.

Good location for town and lake views, excellent breakfast. Most staff friendly and helpful.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Great location. Very clean. Luca is a huge asset to the hotel. Great team with Gian Carlo and Eleni and Guilia on reception. Housekeeping do a great job.

Loved the location. Short beautiful walk along the lake to the centre . The breakfast staff were very nice and the gentleman who seemed like that manager or morning manager was especially welcoming . Also Luca the bar person was absolutely brilliant . Reception was not as helpful and there was a big festival going on in the centre with fireworks that we didn’t know about , but there was no mention of it , we’d have liked to have seen it , would have been nice if they mentioned it .

The bar area was cold with the air conditioning. Not necessary in October! Not cosy - shame as it could be so much better. Change the bar as it is hidden and get a good bar person that sells the area. It is a large area & could be changed around to maximise its usage. I work in hospitality and the bar had no one using it whilst we were there. Keep the clients in as much as possible.

Location was excellent. Easy walking. We never used the car at all.

A chair to sit on in the bedroom.

Room nicely sized with a view of the lake but no chair to sit in, only the bed. Good bathroom and shower. Hotel adjacent to the lake with an easy walk to the town.

Very comfortable hotel, ideally positioned an easy waterfront stroll from the centre of Bardolino, yet very quiet and secluded. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, even when flight delays meant we checked in at 2-00am! Excellent breakfasts, room kept meticulously clean. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The pool was freezing so I was disappointed it wasn't heated. If in the future, you decide to heat it - that would fantastic!

The hotel is situated in a beautiful setting, we loved sitting on our balcony looking at the lake. The staff are lovely, particularly all the receptionists who were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you, we will definitely be returning 😊 ☺️

Breakfast would benefit from an egg station to provide omelettes, fresh eggs.Bacon undercooked. The hotel rooms are very dated and in need of an upgrade which it seems is due to happen in/for 2024. The pool and surrounds needs revamp.

Great choice of bread and pastries at breakfast with a lovely outside seating area with view of lake. The location of the hotel is great right on the lake and only a few minutes stroll from shops and restaurants of Bardolino. Reception welcoming and helpful.

I loved this hotel. It had everything. Short walk from a bus stop. Has a wonderful pool. The back end of the hotel is right on to the beach and the walking strip to the town about 5/10mins.
